One of my favorite burger places in the tri city area. Reasonable prices with AMAZING burgers. The best cheeseburgers I have ever tasted.But their crowning glory is the peanut butter milkshake. OMG! Talk about amazing! I force my husband to buy it so I can taste due to high calories. But OMG it's Soo damn good. The meat of the burger is so fresh tasting.

The young lady over the intercom and who gave me my food was EXTREMELY rude and short. Responded to me like I was a problem and annoyed that I was there. She slammed the window while talking to me. Someone needs to teach her some manners. She shouldn’t be working with the public!

Burger 81 is basically nostalgia on a bun. If you were into hot and now its a must stop for bay city. I just wish the staff treated it more wholeheartedly. The Food is always good. But its not really a place to sit and eat either. If your looking for a place to just hit the spot though this is it.
I dont know who you have design your ads that go out in the mail, but your coupons all say "expires in 90 days" but theres literally no date anywhere on either side of the paper. thats weird on you to approve lol.

Terrible coupon acceptance, I had a coupon buy a fry or pop get a burger free, and they charged me for the burger and I only got a small fry and no pop so it came to 7 dollars when it should’ve been 4 plus I didn’t even get the pop on top of that quite disappointing.

Arrived 14 minutes before closing to try and fulfill a late night pregnancy craving. I pulled up to be ignored at the speaker and when I pulled up to the window I was meet with a snobby lady when she said the shake machine was down for the night.
