I ordered through DoorDash with burger 81 did not receive my two burgers just some tater tots and a pop. When I tried to call Burger 81 to ask where my food was I received no answer and also there is a message on their phone that the voicemail hadn't been set up. I feel ripped off by this place and I will not order from them again.

The entire order was incorrect no one answered the phone i called over 10 times. Absolutely terrible ingredients, beyond poorly made with even worse packaging. The place should be shut down. My wife got sick 5 minutes after some of it then all went in the trash. Just wow how that place is still in business is beyond me

What is the employees problem? they purposely made me wait ten minutes for one shake and I see her just scrolling on her phone. If you try to come late night all the signs are off even though they are open so it is very creepy trying to pick up orders for my job. Workers act like they are hiding from customers-grow up.

Best burgers around. Every time I drive to northern Michigan, I always make Burger 81 a “must stop”. There are not many drive thru places that can whip up a great gourmet style burger and serve it with a smile. The olive burger is my favorite and the fries are killer!! I originally rated low on atmosphere because there is not an experience element here but this shouldn’t really be a rating category on this type of place.

I LOVE this place! Seriously best Olive Burger around! And prices are so affordable! I'm able to get burgers, fries, and shakes for my family of 4 for around $35!!
Parking: Drive through is a little congested, can really smell the fumes of vehicles accumulating when parked under canopy by window.. give yourself plenty of space.
I finally gave this place a shot and thought I ve been stupid to not sooner! Now my favorite fast food place in town. I will also add they're not messed up order yet at all.
