We stopped in for dinner during rush ... Manager Joe and front couterperson Alan we amazing food was excellent... the only draw back was it was dinner rush and they happen to be short staffed bit Joe was grace under fire ... good work crew of wilder rd Buger

Stopped inside this Burger King at 1:30. Never was greeted by Burger King staff or waited on. Staff continued to serve drive though but ignored customers inside. Waited at counter for 10 minutes before deciding to leave this establishment. Manager was visible and supervised kitchen staff. This place is ridiculous how it's run.

If the 10 minute wait dont make ya leave, the play place turned worker personal daycare will. This place will be shut down in less tha a year. Very poorly managed.

Absolutely WORST, most UNORGANIZED, slowest place I had ever worked. Management is HORRIBLE! Good luck getting your food while it's hot. I watched a employee use the restroom, didn't wash his hands and jump right back on the line and serve food. Place is a joke!?...Manager Joe is the only professional member at burger king. Joe keep doin what your doin buddy, it was a pleasure working with you.

Just waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru. There was only one car in front of me. I thought maybe they ordered the whole store, but no. They got only one bag of food. When I pulled up to the window I expected to at least get a "Sorry for the wait" but again, no. Just business as usual. Then I get home to find that my 12pc chicken fries only came with 9 and my bacon double cheeseburger had lettuce on it for some reason. Whoever is working tonight, what is going on in there? Everything is clearly not alright. Should I send help?

The staff were having a bad day. Making all kinds of mistakes. Our order was messed up also but they made it right and gave us the first order for no charge. Burgers were good.

Place was dirty inside. My food was cold and some was raw. They didn't give us all our food either we started out going thru the drive thru and no one answered so we went inside after 5 minutes of waiting.. very unsatisfied in my visit considering how much I paid for my family's
