We went to have a drink and a appetizer. We sat outside at the bar and nobody waited on us. So we left without ordering. I know they will say sorry or some other excuse. But what it comes down too is that everything is expensive and if I don't even get waited on, its time to go some where else. Times are hard for everyone so restaurants need to pick up their game. Castaway is usually one of our go to places but for some reason it hasn't been a place I want to go back...
Great place. Food very good. Place is very popular and busy but it is large so we had no wait for outside table Inside was too loud for me even without music. Price was very reasonable and portions huge I had fish tacos and hubby had fish platter. Noticed on way out there is smoker outside so will try brisket next time. Frozen drinks!!
The riverside deck is great, although i wouldn't consider eating here if it's not open due to how loud it is inside.
To owners: investing in some acoustic paneling (can even be DIY'd to look good on the cheap) to reduce the echo, and turning down the music would fix this
