Stopped in to get some food and nobody came to the counter to take my order, looked like one person working who saw me standing there and didn’t greet or say anything to me. Too bad cuz I really like the food. 3:30pm on 5/14/25
First of all I love chipotle, but this store is..........questionable!!! Just ordered mobile and received the saddest bowl I have ever seen. No chicken and the few pieces I did get were full of grizzle. Asked for extra lettuce and yeah! Even if you are trying to save money by making a small bowl, you still could have filled it with lettuce and it would have looked full, but instead I'm sad. Very very disappointed!!
Edit: They ask you to contact them and then walk you in circles. They can't even use real people to even pretend they care. The help after the horrible experience was even worse than the food!
Its not terrible but every time yall get an online order you make it terribly. Why’d i ask for cheese and get the tiniest sprinkle on top?? Do better
Easy access, good food, employees seem a little short staffed but mean well, building is like all the other ones

Food was good. Server not very customer friendly. Way overpriced for sure. Our first time here and would definitely choose someplace else next time. Trash bins were full to top and needed emptied.
As a State of Michigan Corrections Officer, I have dined at chipotle for years due to the great quality of food and the generous discount of 50% in which I have always received. I and many of my colleagues were thrilled when they opened a location in Bay City, Michigan, as this was close to our facility. I order from this location and the Saginaw location at least once a week due to the convenience, quality, and price tag! According to the chipotle website online, if an establishment offers the 50% off discount to police officers, they do to other law enforcement as well.
Today, however, I was told by the manager that I would not be receiving a discount. He would be more than happy to give a police officer a discount of 50%, but apparently, being a corrections officer doesn’t warrant a 50% off even though I’m law enforcement, just like a police officer. He blamed it on his district manager. Stating that he said he was only to give it to police officers. Unfortunately, I think they have lost my business. As someone who dined here so frequently, I’m sad to say. They probably lost a lot of other Correction’s officer’s business too.

I came to opening time 10:45 am because I have to drive for a work which starts at noon . I was said there is no rice. I had to wait for 15 minutes ( could not do that)! Went to Panera( it never has same problem!!
Food had no flavor and the chips were burnt, I’m gonna stick to the Saginaw location…..trash
Were out of toppings, had cold food, and had bad portions. My steak was even hard.
It was a little bit of a rough experience today. We arrived around 3pm for an early dinner. My wife started her bowl order with the crew putting the rice in, but when it got to the protein, chicken, they said they were out and it would take about 8 minutes if we wanted to wait. We decided to wait and the employee put a cover on the rice he put in her bowl and left it sitting by the prep area. It actually took closer to 15 minutes before they were ready to continue with the order and use the rice that had been sitting in the bowl all that time cooling down. About six other customers were waiting for chicken as well. Moving to the register to pay, the employee informed us that they only had large fountain drink cups and no straws. So, we were charged the large price although it was not what we wanted. The customer after us ordered a kids meal and they were out of kids meal carriers as well.
On the plus side, the food was good and we will of course be back. Things happen, just usually not all at once like this unfortunately. We have had no issues at all in the past. Kudos to the employee cooking the chicken for apologizing to us for the lengthy delay! The other employees seemed indifferent.
The people here are awesome. I can't wait for the second location in saginaw to open. It'll be closer to my home and work. It's usually pretty clean unless if they just got done with a huge rush. Food is cooked fresh daily all day long and no food from previous days. They have a pickup window for online orders. Kind of annoying but understandable.
