Went to Cracker Barrel for the first time in a long time.
Always had enjoyed the restaurant and the food.
What a huge disappointment.. friend ordered biscuits and gravy.. horrible
I had pancakes can't ruin that right.

So much for a once good experience.
Cracker Barrel will probably go the same way as Blockbuster 👎

Always great people on watch at the Bay City restaurant/store. Worked in food services for many years. Did every part in the food services always with a smile !!!!!!

We went at a busy time but were seated much faster than we were originally told. The server was very helpful even with helping me to navigate my food allergy. The food was really good too. We were only traveling through but will definitely return when we are in the area again.

Fabulous service and food on 8/4 during the late afternoon. Navaeh is a wonderful server. She was busy, but still met our needs promptly. This location rocks! Keep it up. :)

We like the Cracker Barrel in Bay City Michigan. Their great but the one in Bridgeport and Pierson are bad. Will never go there again. Bridgeport lost our order slip and never apologized and we were there over 1 hour almost missed his doctor appointment. No food at that place.

Was not to happy I ordered mashed potatoes and they had pepper in them.so I had to order a baked potato which I don’t eat but half and was charged extra for it. But I will say the manger did take care of it for me. So when you go there make sure you ask if there’s pepper in anything because they put pepper in most of all there stuff
