The best ice cream! It's never a bad experience here. It's a little small inside but on a nice day you can go outside and enjoy the view of the water. The staff is always friendly and is good at answering questions. The quality of their ice cream is the best because it's all made in-house and just tastes so creamy and fresh. Definitely would recommend.

Just so good. We only get this visiting family in Saginaw but it’s so worth the drive over to Bay City. Really good ice cream and the waffle cone thingy is next level.

I thought the ice cream was so/so. It's more like ice milk.I do love the fact it's all local ingredients, though. The smells surrounding the place is off the chain, so it will draw you in! The prices were OK, but the service was wonderful; very helpful gals were working that day! So pleasant!You can order your treat and walk thru the little mall there or take a walk out by the water. Nice location.

My kids and I love Cream & Sugar ice cream shoppe. A divine aroma (from those homemade waffle cones) hits as soon as the shop door opens. They have signature flavors such as Dairy Farmers Delight, LegenDairy Vanilla, and UpTown Funk, but their seasonal/holiday flavors are unique and oh-so-yummy. The workers are friendly and ready to offer samples of your choosing...and a fun wall mural provides an instagrammable moment. There is seating indoors and out, but with its location so close to the water, we usually take the river walk or sit by the nearby fountain.
