Usually LOVE Culver's. Very disappointed with this location. Super busy, understandably. Dirty tables everywhere. Dirty bathroom. The girl that took our order was super friendly but messed it up. Things happen I get it. We were missing an order of fries. We all ordered baskets. When we asked for our other order of fries we were told that we'd have to pay for them. Although we told her a basket meal, she even repeated it to us, she didn't enter it that way. We spent almost $50 on that visit. And they wouldn't, out of curiosity comp us the fries. Simple customer service as far as I'm concerned. Didn't even apologize. Realize mistakes happen but should be made right. In the end they weren't even worth getting. They were mushy and luke warm. Will not go back to this Culver's but doesn't turn me away from other locations.

Burgers skinny but are tasty. Too expensive, no deals also no rewards I saw. I am not a fan of the cheese curds, fries are yummy. I don't get the ice cream or custard they sell, that probably a win, but I won't find out. I will not eat here soon. Service is slow for a fast food place, even Burger King faster lol.
