Amazing cookies, would get again
So yummy here! Had a craving for them and rushed there got there at 4:01 and they stayed open for me even gave me a free cookie! The best!!!
excellent cookies, clean store, friendly employees. The kind man who served us gave us a lot of free goodies which really made my day. Overall a great place to go to if you want one or more treats
AMAZING COOKIES! I couldn't believe a dozen giant cookies were $33 😍 and muuuuuch better than Crumbl in my personal opinion. The store (Saginaw location) was clean and bright, the service was 10/10!
yummy especially the choc chip m&m. everytime I get out that way I stop
Never visiting again ever in my life due to the amount of rude service
This is our family's favorite cookie place!!!
Heidi’s is amazing! I needed a custom cookie cake done and Heidi did phenomenally on it! It was a custom pizza looking cookie cake and she went above and beyond on it. I highly recommend her for any custom cookie needs!

Cookies were phenomenal! Definitely coming back.
Visited here to get a sample pack of the different flavors for my sister baby shower. The flavors were so good we had to get 3 different flavors for her shower. The cookies are awesome. The banana pudding cookie is to die for! I would come get cookies here for any event anytime.
Got four doughnuts. My husband had his, my one year old was working on hers, and I (pregnant lady here) had a couple of bites when I realized my doughnut had green fuzzy MOLD on it. I was so disgusted and took my daughter’s away. Took them back and the worker was very apologetic and wanted to fix it but the owner apparently did not think it was a big deal and only wanted to refund me the moldy doughnut. Seriously? Gross! All the doughnuts were in the bag together and there’s no way we would eat any of them. So disgusted and awful handling of the situation on owners part.
Our first experience at Elaine’s. Prices are high and the worker chose to bad mouth a local bakery which we love. We will not be returning.
