Nice location downtown on the river, with lots of good parking .Never would have known it existed, if not for someone commenting on Facebook. Nice restaurant with indoor & outdoor seating with great views of the river and we had a good waitress. There were plenty of good sounding choices on a big menu. We had the Lobster rolls as an appetizer and they were very good. I had the Hawaian Coconut Cod and a side of Brussel sprouts, the cod was good but hardly had the slightest hint of Coconut, and the sprouts were good ,but a bit greasey. She had the grilled salmon with a side salad and a baked potato. Her salad was fine , the salmon was overcooked and dry, with a barely warm baked potato. A manager stopped by , but was to late to make adjustments ,to the orders. I rated it overall a 4 , she was closer to a unimpressed 3. I think there is real potential here , if you could get the kitchen to serve it up as good as it sounds on the menu.

This is one of the hottest new restaurants in the Tri-City area. Taking up the old Hooters spot right on the river, they are leaning wisely into a water themed vibe. (clever name right?) The menu has lots of variety, and there is something for everyone. My table of 5 got a variety of foods/apps, and while the prices are definitely higher than average, they didn't skimp on portions. As a seafood super fan, I love the choices. Sadly I was just there for some beer, so I got dessert. So entree's will be next time, and very soon. The Tiramasu was incredible. The service, our waitress, was super friendly and full of fun. Looking forward to the next visit.

First time ever here! And we will be back!! Made reservations for my man and grandmas birthday celebration. Table was set up and our servers were great we had 2 due to our large party. We ordered our drinks then appetizers. It did seem to take a long time for our apps to come out but they were busy so I didn’t think too much into it once we got them they were great! We had the bone-in wings(garlic parmesan, and mild buffalo) the lobster cakes, the pretzel sticks, Lobster fondue, southwest chicken eggrolls and the Buffalo shrimp. We tried a lot since it was a new spot, wanted to get a good idea if we liked it or not. For our lunch options we tried the chicken carbonara and I had Cajun chicken & red pepper alfredo. Amongst the others they tried the philly cheesesteak, fish and chips, pizza, bacon cheeseburger, onion rings.. the food was so good!! The only complaint I have and it’s not a big deal just that I wish the appetizers came out way before our entrees so it’s not like such a rush.. The view is also very pretty can’t wait to dine on the patio..overall it was a fun experience. 9/10

I love sitting outside and watching the boats go by while I am enjoying my good food and drinks. The restaurant is very clean and that includes the bathroom (only can comment on the girls’ facilities) and the kitchen. My family and I have been several times and tried different items on the menu. I have enjoyed everything I have tried so far. There is much left for me to order so looking forward to more trips to H2O’s! I really love the creative cocktails they make! If you decide to check out the restaurant, don’t be afraid to try something you haven’t had before!Wheelchair accessibility: My mom has a difficult time getting around but there is plenty of space to move and sit comfortably.

Maya was the best waitress ever!! Highly recommend a visit to H2O. The lobster mac, fried portobello mushrooms, wedge salad, tuxedo bomb, and elephant ear were delicious. They have a heated patio area outside so you get a really nice view of the river. Will be back again. Thank you H2O ?

The main meals were good and there's a pretty view. They're going a lot of odd things with their menu's that don't work the best and this place is EXPENSIVE. We didn't have a bad experience by any means (maybe an odd one) but unfortunately we won't be back due to how expensive it is. I'm going to do improvement points and then strengths so you know if you'd like to visit.Improvement points:I'm unsure why but there's no napkin dispensers at the tables and it was tricky to have our server stay long enough to get a couple of extras. The menus need to be updated or remade. The main menu has Os inconsistently capitalized throughout it. I get it's intentional but it doesn't work, it just makes the menu hard to read. We all found it hard to read but I had a particularly hard time with the font due to dyslexia. The drink menu needs a major update as well, it's supposed to look fancy and cute but dark background on black text = straining eyes. It's a bit odd the pizza menu is separate as well but that's not super uncommon. The cups are different. I'm unsure if it's intentional or if they just didn't have the option to have the same cups but we were given two different cups for our drinks. A bit odd but nothing majorly wrong there. Not a point to improve but a note more so on the negative side, this place is very expensive. Most restaurants are now a days but I paid the same amount here as I would have at Olive Garden. I could see parties of anymore than three easily spending $100+ without appetizers. Again not an area of improvement but a note for anyone who wants to eat here.Strong points:The view is very pretty and enjoyable. The restaurant is decorated well and spacious. The bathrooms have little toilet rooms in the bathrooms instead of stalls which is odd but cool. The food was good but perhaps a little bland. The food is wayyyy too expensive. Definitely not worth your moneyWow, I actually had two bad reviews (one which included yours), three that I said were okay reviews & 8 good/excellent. I am sorry you didn't make the cut. I post on here whenever Google maps decides to ask me questions. Also, I like to contribute, I am on Google maps quite often posting reviews. I already had posted a few of these reviews a few days weeks or months back. They just ask me to update my pictures, or to further contribute.Very sorry I am leaving my honest opinion & that is quite sad that I had to explain like that you because you couldn't handle a bad review ?I ordered take out. I had to BTL pizza because I only heard a few things were good. The crust was horrible and horribly thick. Barley any bacon on it.3 of my co-workers said their fish was disgusting. Way too fishy, they couldn't eat it & had to throw it in the trash.

Heavily overpriced for the quality of food. Decent view of the river but you're definitely paying for it. Took the family for dinner before Easter weekend, drinks took so long that I cancelled my order. Luckily the waiter did good bringing water. The dish was amateur at best, the plating was embarrassing and the portion was pathetic. Apparently the grouper was fresh not frozen, which was slightly concerning since there's no grouper within 600 miles of here. Should probably just take it off the menu if they can't afford to offer a fair portion for a fair price. They're obviously paying too much for it. Small cup of sticky rice, a 2oz fish fillet and a slice of lemon. $34. Should have gotten the Fillet! I would have had a side dish at least! Left hungry and $150 more poor ? We definitely won't be back in my lifetime. Nice view though for the area.

We came here last night for dinner. It took awhile for our waiter to get our drink order. It was busy, so we gave him a pass. Once he did take our drink order it took 20+ minutes for the drinks to come out. He said he had to check with the bartender to make sure the ticket wasn't lost. At that point we were already done with our appetizers. We got the buffalo shrimp, which was really good! My husband and I got the Sonny's grouper. We saw it advertised as a Friday special on Facebook. There was only a description, no picture. When we ordered that the waiter asked to see how it was described on the post...I thought that was strange considering it was supposed to be one of the Friday specials. He then said he thinks it comes on a bed of white rice, but that they were out. We told him that wild rice would be fine. When our meals came out, the Sonny's grouper plates were laughable. Literally, LAUGHABLE. The portion of the fish that was given was so small and the rice was not even incorporated into the dish, it was on the side. I wish I would have taken a picture to add to this review and I wish we would have said something when it was dropped off by our waiter. But at that point we had been there for over an hour and we were hungry. When our bill came those meals were $34 a piece. That is an astronomical price to charge for a plate like that. I know the kind of fish we got is pricey, but the portion we were served was child sized. I did tell our waiter how disappointed we were with the price and portion size we got when the bill came. He said he understood and that was his first time seeing the small portion for that plate. So after spending over $100 we left and had to go to another establishment to get more food because we left hungry. It's disappointing spending $34 on a meal that doesn't fill you up. That specific meal needs a picture so people know they will be getting a meal that a 5 year old could finish in 5 minutes. The other 2 in our party enjoyed their food. I think it was just that specific meal that really needs some help. I don't know if I will be convincing my husband to come back after that experience. Disappointing considering the atmosphere is great.
