I have been ordering from this specific Howie’s for seven years now and the service was always great up until this past year where I’ve had several orders that were completely wrong. Today I ordered a calzone and I’m very specific and after the driver left, I noticed that the calzone I ordered was not what I received so I immediately called n the same guy who initially took my order said the only thing he could do was remake it and send another. So I told him again what I wanted and he said OK we’ll remake it and get it out to you as soon as possible. That was at 6:04 PM. I waited til about 745. I called back n the same guy again answered. I explained the situation that I had been waiting for almost 2 hours now and he immediately put me on with a manager (a guy) I told him everything and my calzone wasn’t even put in to make so, then he said that he would get that made right away and sent out which I just received it but I’m leaving a review because this is an ongoing issue. The service was always so good up until this past year. The driver was really kind though!

I ordered my pizza was told it would be ready in 30 mins only to show up and have it not even started. Ended up being closer to 60 mins. No one is running this store it was an absolute free for all. They let customers block the door for customers who have paid and have an order ready. An absolute frustrating experience from start to finish. Even after I was told my order was ready I proceeded to wait at the counter for an additional 10 mins before they actually got me my food.

Called in my order to be ready at 5:15. Called at least an hour an a half prior. Got there shortly before 5:15. They were extremely busy. 2 people working. The women working with a gentleman was very rude to him. Didn't get my food until 5:30 or so. Wings were raw pizza and cheesey bread was old . Called the next day to speak to a manager. No manager apparently quit on Monday. Did have a shift assistant which was the women working yesterday. Only got an apology. Not a discount or anything on my next order. Staff did not acknowledge the 7 people in back of me waiting.
7-22 early afternoon. This stuffed crust pizza was so good we should've gotten an extra ! Friendly customer service every time. We haven't enjoyed pizza much until trying Hungry Howies, and now there's no going back.
