Went through this kfc never ever again the little girl in the drive through at 6:13pm had the worst customer service. Like she was mad I was even there. Can’t hear her at all when she talks and gets an attitude when I ask what she said.

I’ve lived in Bay City for over 40 years been to this location twice both times raw chicken is being sold in this please don’t overfeed your family come here you will get sick and your family knows if you’re sick thank God that there’s a Popeyes being built right down the street from this place. Thank God we could finally eat good healthy fried chicken from Popeyes don’t ever go to KFC in Bay City on on Euclid Avenue this place should have been shut down years ago and they did not even refund my money. They actually placed my order with some more raw chicken be very very careful at this place. Salmonella, salmonella, and more salmonella at this place and guess what don’t get me started on the service that the ladies who work there are absolutely terrible and evil

The young lady who took my order ignored me. She finally took my order while talking on her headset with another employee. Asked me to repeat my sides. There was another gentleman behind me and she walked away into the back. He had to say something before being served. The chicken was so greasy it leaked from the box on the table. The fountain station was filthy.. Definitely not a repeat customer for this location. Spent too much for some greasy soggy chicken.
