I got a potpie and it leaked all over my food in bag on other food in the bag. Drive thru and manager was very unprofessional and rude on north Euclid in bay city. Someone shouldn't be in drive thru with a attitude and and they denied a refund. I would recommend this as family friendly due to bad attitudes and unprofessionalism.

Got 3 chicken pot pies with no chicken to speak of!! Just lost 3 customers!! Got the 2 piece meal last week and no meat on either the wing or thigh and overdone.. Completely done with your company!!!😡😡 Shared this with family and friends who are also done with you!!!

I ordered a 3 piece big box meal white meat only. I got home and there were 2 thhighs and a drumstick mashed potatoes with no gravy that were like paste. W h en I tried to call several NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. if this is the customer service they are providing i will never use this place again.

Food was old and cold. Had issues with app and was DBL charged. Spent over 1 hour on phone for $7 refund. Restaurant employees were worthless. I had not been to KFC for a while, probably never return.
