Either retrain everyone and tell them how to behave or fire them all and get a new group. I don’t say this lightly, the worst service I’ve had at a drive thru. I have been here 3 times in the past few months giving them a chance. Every time I go through the drive thru they don’t listen to what I said for my order (ordered a simple #8 and they said #17) and they don’t give me the correct sides. When I get to the window, they barely speak and just want you gone. Food is sloppily prepared. I’ve finally given up trying. Not going back anymore.

#1 - if my order, that I paid a hefty amount of money for (because nothing is cheap anymore) is incorrect, then I have every right to come back in and get it corrected.#2 - If you have a problem with people wanting WHAT THEY ORDERED then you shouldn't be working for a company that has signs posted saying "No refunds, because we guarantee we will make your order right!".#3 - if you are correcting the order that was incorrectly made, then you should make sure it is correct the 2nd time! Otherwise I will be back and we can do the whole dance again.Work ethic and friendly attitude are important if you are working in fast food. The employees at this location lack both.

Evening Shift, 02/21/2023: RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! Staff argumentative, did not listen effectively. 100% screwed up a simple order. No receipt, accused us of trying to get free chicken, and a free drink. Chicken was dry and overcooked. Biscuit, which was not ordered, was terrible, undercooked.We won’t go back to this store; NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!

I went here tonight and I was standing at the counter for a total of 13 minutes till I finally had to call the place to tell them I've been standing there and when I finally got my food they shorted me one piece of chicken I ordered a number 8 the 3pc. Chicken and they gave me 2.I'm not one to complain at all but come on.

Our food was warm and mostly everything was there except I ordered an 8pc bucket and only got 7pc of chicken which kind of stunk
Where do I start… Every time we get food here they screw up our order. I always ask for mashed potatoes WITH gravy, it seems like they throw in whatever they feel like. Sometimes they accidentally give Mac and cheese or sometimes I’ll get corn or green beans. Sorry, but the food is mediocre on a good day. Don’t eat the vegetables. My fiances slaw was moldy once and the chicken is refried 3 out of 5 times. Received raw chicken one occasion they were moderately busy, maybe six vehicles or less and they were out of half the food I ordered like biscuits and their staple; fried chicken. How do you run out of fried chicken at a KFC it’s happened many times . Missing drinks are common, condiments and utensils/napkins too. Customer service varies. Wait times are longer than the average drive thru. Not worth the money I’d rather drive to midland to get Popeyes. Overall I would give this establishment one star.

Tables are rarely clean, if no one is at the register to take your order it takes them awhile to get back up front to take your order, no one is welcoming, no smile, no hello. Their food comes out quickly, but sometimes overcooked or chicken a little hard or way to greasy.

I just went over for lunch and ordered a two-piece. I received two of the smallest and most mangled looking dark meat pieces of chicken! My biscuit was literally half a biscuit, it literally look like somebody ate half my biscuit! My side was macaroni and cheese and it would love to tell you how it tasted but they failed to put utensils in my bag nor did I get any napkins! How to diet pop along with a lemonade and holy s*** I don't know what that is with that is not lemonade! I will never return to this building. It was absolutely disgusting. Complete waste of my lunch hour..

Got the $20 fill up box. Didn't realize I had to ask for sauces when they are clearly in the picture. I figured they would automatically come with it. Disappointed.
