I only give 1 star because I can’t give negative first off lady can’t answer drive through properly because she’s too busy laughing and messing around I ordered mac and cheese small gravy and a cinnamon twist. when I pulled up to the window the drive-through lady said they didn’t have enough mac & cheese for a large but for two smalls, I said that was OK. The cinnamon twist were burnt and tasted smoky. The mac & cheese, one of them wasn’t full all the way there was less than 1/4 of mac & cheese in it and it had burnt hard brown pieces in it. The only thing that tasted alright was the gravy. We drove back a man helped us with our refund who was very nice. They have some

Had ordered Taco bell. Asked for no beans on my burrito- guess what? Yep beans. Glad I dont have a allergy. Cinnamon twists came with our meals- they tasted so badly of old fryer oil, We couldn't eat them.
The guy that took our order was rude and seemed in a hurry although there was no one in the drive thru behind us.

This is the third time I have tried this location and every time I have been here has been slow service, food is either dry or not cooked and this time both bad service and bad food. Do not recommend this location Burger King would be better.

The Manager that worked last night 7/27/25
Should be fired . When the manager laughs at the customer and say theres nothing you can do for a complaint because they are not a corporate owned store while laughing and stll refuses to help you because they have no food ready at dinner hrs could he the reason for all the 1 star reviews....Owner if you dont value your customers opinion then you need to close down because your heading that way anyways .

If I could give no stars I would ... rudest ppl I ever met... Would not replace any item in my order they missed because I wouldn't drive back 15 mins to get a small item and the phone rang like it was busy.... Told manager I tried to call she said they didn't have a phone but couldn't get my order replaced because I didn't call as they have no phone anyway

I was waiting on the drive thru for around two minutes. Nobody said anything and I said hello several times. I moved to the window thinking the speaker wasn't working. The employee was there and she saw me but did not even bother to ask me anything. Passed around 3 minutes and I heard her take an order right beside me and after she took the order, opened the window to tell me that she was sorry and she took an order. I told her that is fine, I just wanted some chicken, she replied that she can't take my order because she just took one. I said I was waiting and she said, she can't do anything. What kind of "customer service" is that? I left because I wasn't about to argue with a person that did not care at all.

Didn't have chicken, wouldn't refund my prepaid order, lights were all off 2 hours before close, the workers were rude AF. Their official phone is shut off, even. Don't bother eating here. I've never had a fast food experience as horrible as this one. What an embarrassment for the manager and owner. Save your money. Eating food out of the garbage would taste as good, it'd be cheaper, and the service would be better.

Be careful placing orders here. They will take your money and even if they don't have the food, they will not refund it without you spending an hour on the phone with their corporate office. Add to that, the workers are rude. Waste of time for average chicken. No wonder why they're going out of business.

Don't eat here, don't give them your money. Buyer beware!!

KFC side of food is awful. Took 10+ minutes for a 4 piece tender meal, with nobody else in the store. Food came out barely cooked, no crisp whatsoever, few pieces left cold.

Manager in visible sight leaning against the product on her phone.

Drink station a mess, hardly restocked, trash all over the place.

Overall awful compared to the midland location(which is saying alot)

I stopped in at 730pm on 12/3/2024 and one thing I did not appreciate was two of the employees were outside smoking pot when I pulled into the drive-thru.

I'm not assuming they were employees they were literally wearing their work outfits and one of them even handed me my food at the drive-thru window. Being a business owner.... I would be firing every single one of those employees. Haven't made eye contact with one of the employees as they were literally hitting the joint looking at me I questioned the management if the employees think that is acceptable cuz the fact they weren't even backed by a dumpster pretending to take the trash out, but in fact out in the wide open parking lot right by the side entrance door
