Krazy Juan Mexican Steak House

The atmosphere is super fun. The decor is clean and modern. We got the NY strip and protein bowl with chipotle chicken and they were both delicious. The ingredients are high quality. Our waitress was attentive and had a great attitude. This is our fave new restaurant in Bay City.

So far service is tearable. Haven’t got the food , barely got one drink. It’s not that busy. Slow , very slow service! About to just walk out. Go somewhere where the service is good. Don’t waste your time.

You guys should not have a reservation option online. Tried calling all day and made a reservation online and never heard anything back other than my reservation request was received not it wouldn’t be honored. Showed up and was told it wasn’t guaranteed and had to wait 1.5 hours to be seated. Please take the option off your website and answer your phone.

This place was absolutely fantastic! Steak street tacos were 🔥. I ordered the black angus rib eye and it was cooked to perfection. The lobster tail was also delicious. I WILL be back! 😋

Enjoyed our dinner here. Tableside guacamole was great! All our food was very tasty. Great service, nice space, friendly people. I hope this one stays and they thrive. Try them out.

It’s beautiful on the inside but that’s about the only good thing going for this place . The service was slow and messed up our order twice, the food was ok, just not impressed with this place.

Where should we start. We walked in at 645pm and had 4 employees walk past us with out a greeting or checking. At this point we should have walked away. Once we were checked in we were told they just needed to wipe a table down. After 15 minutes we were on our way out through the doors when the manager noticed and waived us in. We then waited half an hour for our dinner which the calamari consisted of 4 little pieces and the rest all peppers(pictured above) Another 20 minutes later we recieved our brisket sandwich with no sauce(pictured above) and tacos. The food was dry and mediocre at best. This place definitely needs some fine tuning with customer service as well as help in the kitchen.

Give it a try at your own risk. Definitely better steak/mexican/upscale dining option available in bay city!

Great food and service! Juan was an awesome server. Loved the tacuterie board and our party of 10 were all really happy with the food. Carne asada and the Juan and Only Burrito were favorites. Definitely going back!

Way over priced, no parking, bland food, even the desert was bad. Not impressed, I won’t recommend.
