The girl taking our order was about the rudest person I've EVER dealt with in food industry!!! She never greeted us, she never talked to us outside of taking our order and when giving us our food (which was wrong) she never said thank you or even made eye contact!!!! When we brought our order back up to have it corrected she immediately tried to blame us for the mistake. Once our order was corrected and our correct food was given to us by the same girl, she didn't make eye contact and never spoke a word to me. She didn't apologize or anything. Completely unacceptable! I don't know that we will ever visit this restaurant again. This is why business are leaving Bay City, their help is running off customers.

I was Very Pleasantly Surprised ? to How G??D this Seafood Tasted! This Was a VERY GOOD MEAL ?! The Restaurant is Handicapped Accessible, the eating area was very clean and well illuminated!Parking: The is all along the outside of the building and is Very Well Illuminated!Wheelchair accessibility: All entries and exits are Wheelchair Accessible!

Why are Bay City residents always so mad? No matter what fast food chain I go to, there's someone who ALWAYS has a piss poor attitude. Even the people dining in where feeling some type of way.

The food has always been good here, chicken is salty, fish is plain, hushpuppies yum, cole slaw good, fries always soggy. The building is in an awful spot not on main road, they do not pick good locations for this restaurant at any I have been to in Michigan. Prices are fair, belly will be full, food extremely greasy, crispy coating is good.
