Worst experience ever. Prime rib was so tough I was not able to eat it. Baked potato wouldn't cut with the knife given to me. Ordered regular salad and waitress brought a wedge with blue cheese. And then charged 1.59 extra for wedge we didn't order. Will not go back to Bay City, MI location again. $35 foe inedible disaster!

Very busy and loud, could not hear my party across the table from me talking. Food was fantastic, forgot a few sides but that was easily remedied
Don't order on the bar side. If you change anything on your food toppings you'll get what's on the menu anyway. Horrible. Losing my taste and so are family members for incorrect food orders. Won't be back Anytime soon. Rude behavior from one particular waitress. We all know her name is

From having to wait over 2 hours for a table then another hour to receive the food my expectations were already low. Then 3 out of the 4 steak were cooked completely wrong and the server gave us an attitude when we mentioned something, then with only 30 min till closing we had no option but to eat what they brought which was horrible. For the price of this place and food/service you get i will never return and suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
