My daughter ordered a salad, it was served with bugs in the lettuce! At any other restaurant if something like this would have happened, a manager would have brought out a replacement dish, but no manager came out. No meal was discounted, no one even checked on us to make sure that everything was satisfactory. The waitress ignored our table completely after the salad complaint, no refills, nothing! Will never ever go back!

Was there to die in July 6th Sunday the place was extremely hot we frequent the restaurant often we noticed 3 months ago the air conditioner in the bar area was screaming noisier than get out no one took notice now all of the air conditioners are on seems the owners are more worried about opening another restaurant in North Branch than taken care of the ones they do have now the employees were suffering and so were the customers I hope can read this message when you see the cottonwood in the air that is the time to check your air conditioning before you lose it.

Great food and beer! But, it was packed, and often is. The place could be 50-100% bigger. Attracts a middle aged crowd mostly. But you'll see all ages there. Comfortable dining, and a great place to socialize!

AC never works. No one wants to eat in a Sauna. Half of the customers were using menus to try and cool themselves off. This isn't a one off problem. It is constant. I see it like this every time I visit in the summer. The poor employees have to suffer through it without any regard from management/ownership. Next time I will take photos of the thermostats to add to my review.

Worst experience ever. Prime rib was so tough I was not able to eat it. Baked potato wouldn't cut with the knife given to me. Ordered regular salad and waitress brought a wedge with blue cheese. And then charged 1.59 extra for wedge we didn't order. Will not go back to Bay City, MI location again. $35 foe inedible disaster!
