Hot coffe and tasty egg McMuffins this morning and I say some of the best service over ever had at a McDonald’s. Just a real nice experience with the staff, friendly and welcoming.

What do you expect from a mcdonald's that's next to such a poverty stricken area...
Head to sick children in the back of my vehicle and requested the food to be delivered out to the pick up area after 20 minutes of waiting.I got out of the vehicle and said something to the guy serving all the other vehicles in the drive through.
When he came over and realize there was an issue he laughed at my frustration, and when asked him directly if he was laughing at my frustration , he had no problem smirking and smiling while saying yes. JAYDON SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER IF HE CAN'T DEAL WITH PEOPLE.\NWHO HAVE LEARNING DISABILITIES AND GET FRUSTRATED EASILY WHEN IT COMES TO READING AND TECHNOLOGY.
THEY WERE REFUNDED MY MEAL AND GAVE IT TO ME FOR FREE. BUT THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER FORGET AND I WILL NEVER RETURN.

This McDonald’s is a joke I literally would personally love seeing every employee here jobless due to the pure incompetence and negligence(Except for that one lady with the dreads) I’ve seen from this location the past 5 years. Bay city is being dragged down by this McDonald’s location. 3 items on an order they forgot one and messed up the other 2

There was beard hair in my hot coco and pretty much wasn’t hot coco at all. It tasted like straight up milk, and people not wearing hair nets/beard nets. The lady had attitude when I asked them to remake.

Wish I would've caught his name, but the man working the window in the blue shirt was so kind. I wish the workers could accept tips - he exuded hospitality. I know long lines can be daunting (customers aren't always patient), and I hope your team knows they are appreciated for the work they do.

Inside staff is nice enough - but my code of fast food ethics says I can’t give more than 2 stars to anywhere so cheap as to charge for condiment cups and lettuce

Really disappointed with my visit. Placed an order on the app, and waited 30 min in the drive thru, since lobby was closed. Got to the window and they didnt seem to know where my order was. Cashier was a bit flippant about it too. Finally got told to go to pucjyo window, where they confirmed my order before handing it to me, only for me to realize when i got gome it was completely wrong.

Awful, will tell you to pull around so they Don't get in trouble for long wait times but the whole side will be so packed there's literally no where to pull up to! Why not just give people their food at the window especially when it's one item?! I ordered one item and you all have people waiting 30+mins over bs. Not to mention a previous time I was here your workers stole over $80 of my change! When I reported it I was told to come back at a specific time, and when I did your workers acted like there was no proof! It's crazy how wild your staff is. I should've reported your staff then to the better business bureau. So unprofessional.
