Charged me for the correct food and gave me the wrong food. After driving across town and jumping on the highway I noticed and called… manager Refused to give a refund, wanted to send coupons in the mail instead. Completed wasted money.

Pretty standard McDonald's. It's a little odd that there is no drink machine nor ketchup in the dining area. You have to ask the staff for ketchup packets, which is a challenge to find someone when the kiosks are the dominate way to order. But, could just be the way things are shifting.

"DO NOT EAT HERE!" I went through the Drive-thru and purchased a Big Mac Value Meal. I drove home to eat my meal. I took a large bite of the Big Mac. As I began to chew there was something hard I was chewing on. Then I felt a sharp prick on my tongue. I spit out the food, and took an object off my tongue. I was shocked and disgusted to what the object was. It was a metal fastening clip that come with an ace bandage. I immediately went back to the McDonalds and confronted the manager showing her what was in my sandwich. She did say the employee that was preparing the food was wearing an ace bandage. I had to get a tetanus shot, and have a blood draw to test for Hepatitis, and HIV. McDonalds thinks this is no big deal...

The lobby was filthy, trash cans over flowing, had to whip down my own table cause all of them were dirty. The floor looked like it hadn't been sweeped or mopped in days.

It's McDonald's. Consistently the same. This location has forgotten items on me frequently, but also I staffed by (mostly) youth collecting a paycheck. They treat you well enough, and have always fixed any issues with orders promptly.
I live 1/2 mile from this store. There is no reason my fries should be cold yet every time we go there, they're always cold.
Revisit....... This is the worst McDonald's ever. How do you make my sandwich special yet I cannot eat it with a hard ass bun. Not to mention the nuggets were hard and cold....

Second time I’ve been here when I’ve got not ketchup, mustard, or onions on my burger. Lazy workers. Breakfast is always good though.

Apparently to the dense heads on S Euclid these are full fries. Almost 4$ a piece what a joke. And forgot the bacon on my quarter pounders. It ain’t that hard to flip a burger or set fries in a fryer, no excuses as to why I’m being skimped on my food.

I came into this McDonalds because it was kid friendly play places ordered a burger and fry young ask for here or to go I let him know we were in play area he said he would bring my food I see other getting food I goes back to counter to see what’s going on my food was sitting there cold on counter asked for fresh food and was told no … I just got a refund and politely left
