It could be cleaner and more welcoming, I remember when I was a kid going to mcdonalds was exciting but it felt like I was sitting inside of a totalitarian style building. So Grey, dull and depressing.

This place is a joke tell me to wait 7 mins for my breakfast and I get home and my Order is wrong and then I call there and she say o I might of gave u the wrong order but they got half of my order right and all they can say is u can just waste more time to come back I just got home I shouldn’t have to go back…………..smh

Ordered a Big Mac with no pickles and NO ONIONS....sticker on box said only cheese/lettuce/Mac sauce. Literally had a ton of onions on both burgers and no cheese whatsoever. You people failed at your job and apparently hate your life

Stopped by today on my way to work . Ordered a large coke light ice. Took 15 minutes just to get to the pay window. When I get there the cashier couldn't find my order in the system. When she was told it was a large coke light ice she actually asked if it was 2.11. Like girl you should know it should be on the screen. After I pay and move up to the pick up window the worker handed the vehicle ahead of me a large coke which she apparently didnt order. So he takes it back in. When I got to the window he asked ot I had the diet medium coke. I said no large light ice. This man actually had the audacity to ask if I wanted the pop that he originally handed to the lady in the car ahead of me or if I wanted a fresh one. Like sir I dont want a pop that was handed to another customer. Why would that even have been a question. This location is on my way to work. From now on I'll go out of my way to go to a mcdonalds.

It’s very hit or miss if the espresso machine is working. Overnight crew seems like they act real goofy but mornings got it together.

Very rarely do I get to treat myself to eating out…I decided to get myself an iced coffee a sandwich and a hash brown. I was most excited for the iced coffee as I had been craving one for quite some time. I ordered a large French vanilla with light ice as I didn’t want it to get watered down. I get to the window and am handed a large iced coffee which had a significant amount of ice in it. I asked if that was light ice and the girl said yes as the guy awkwardly stared at me in the window. I normally do not complain but this is NOT light ice. I got home and took all the ice out…and this is how much of a drink I was actually left with. What a shame, thanks for the experience I hadn’t been waiting for.

Absolute joke. Stopped by around one and not one person working the front counter. After waiting 15 minutes to ask if my mobile order even can through the younger kid working the fries just shrugs his shoulders and starts to ignore me. Finally get to talk with a manger over something simple and get attitude from him like I’m unconvincing them for stopping in.
