Great experience
If you’re in the area, Mussell Beach is a must stop! Fresh food made to order, hand-dipped AND soft serve options with toppings galore! If you don’t see what you want, ASK & they might have it or be able to make it! A great family and TEAM who work there! Take-out & cash only!

Staff are very kind. They paid it forward on Labor DayWhen after a hike through the state park, me and my dog, I went for ice cream. I ordered a medium soft serve twist. I got out my credit card and was told they only took cash. I was about to leave when one of the staff said she'd cover it. Bless her heart. It was kind of a sad day being alone. My husband died 20 months ago and I'm not used to it yet. Thank you for your kindness

Honestly couldn’t love this place more.
First place I had a meal in Michigan - and had the chance to chat with the owner - family owned and operated, a dream of his mother’s, and continuing a legacy of great food and service that we could all use these days. Sure, a burger, fries, and a shake doesn’t sound like “therapy” - but couple that with a conversation and community minded business model (it’s all fresh, everyday, all year round) - and it certainly makes one’s day better.
Wish I could give them more stars - I’ll be back, at least once a week, now that I’m calling the area home - it’s that good.

Literally the best fries in town. Also, the largest/ best ice cream selection and variety. The best part is that you can park there, get a cone, and walk over to the state park/ beach ?
My kids got ice cream from here and their stool turned green/blue for a whole week. Not sure what kind of food coloring they use but would be careful
