We are from out of town and stopped here on whim for dinner. The food was AMAZING. Our server Cameron made our whole experience even better. He had such a good personality and was very attentive to us the entire 2 hours we were there. The food was some of the best food we have had in a long time. Cameron even comped us a free dessert since we are celebrating for my wedding!

Overall not a great impression. We called ahead and were told they had limited reservations available, with 8:00pm being the only time slot available. We decided to risk it and try just walking in around 6:00. The restaurant was 30% full from 6:00 until 7:00 when we left. Service was slow, took awhile to get drinks and food. Our appetizer was brought out after our main meal. The waitress didn't write down our order, and the order was messed up when it was brought to us. We ordered the Calamari appetizer, the flavor was good but they were soggy. My wife got the bistro burger and it was really good. The fries were also really good. I ordered the Chicken Gyro and it tasted like a premade wrap I could have gotten in the Deli at Meijer. For almost $80 I'm not sure I'd go back, especially when compared to the other options surrounding Old City Hall.

I've been a fan of OCH, but today changed my mind. I get there to get my carryout order and they forgot to send it to the kitchen. There's 7 customers in there with 2 wait staff. I wait for my food and get it home. Fries are cold and my medium cooked burger is just raw 2/3 through the burger. A total disappointment on a $17 burger which is ridiculous price wise.

We were headed to Gatsby's and found out there was a long wait , and happened to walk by Old City Hall , I. had looked at the reviews in the past but never visited. We walked in and were seated in a few moments. It's a very cool old building like many of these old repurposed buildings are . Our waiter was average , but the wait on our order was extremely lengthy. We had their version of Chicken Marcella and their Sposami Pollo. The Chicken Marcella didn't have the slightest hint of Marcella wine, and although both dishes were edible they were both absolutely mediocre at best. Note to self : next time just be extra patient and wait at Gatsby's.

My husband & I had lunch at OCH last Saturday. We were the first customers of that day. Brian was our server & was fantastic. He answered our questions, gave suggestions & treated us well. It had been a long time since we had been there because we were not impressed the time. Our lunch was delicious!!! My husband had a club wrap & fries…..he loved it & usually only orders burgers. I had the Harvest Salad & it was so yummy. It was very big & I had leftovers the next day. Highly recommend this place & look forward to going again. Thank you Brian for your great service. Glad they brought you to OCH from their restaurant in Midland.The presentation of the salad was very pretty…..this pic was after I started to mix it up together.

Worst place ever! I hope no one has a medical issue as they will totally ignore you. Be careful of water on the floor by the soda machine. I will never do business with them or any of the businesses they own.

The food is amazing and they have great specials! The price per potions is a good bang for your buck. We ate out side last time we were they and it was wonderful.
Went out for a post holiday meal.. party of six. I could knit-pick about several things (having to ask for refills and such) - however, my sons burger was very charred and bitter and the "short-rib" ragu I ordered was awful. Barely warm, the meat was in chunks and very chewy. Nothing like short rib. We sent it back, and some cook literally comes out challenging me on the issues, smug with his kitchen job, and ends it with "sorry we could't please you boss". No... I am sorry your food was unacceptable by any standard. Rest of the food seemed fine... would give another chance, but not after the silly encounter with the cook.

Love their lettuce wraps!! Great place for a meeting. The staff has separate dining room tables for their elect guests. Very much higher class dining. Nice lighting.

Always the best service and hot food. Friendliest staff around. Like that the menu changes seasonally and ever changing drinks. Always a good variety of beers on tap.

We love going to Old City Hall for a nice meal. We've been for dinner and lunch. We recently had New Year's Eve dinner with a great server. I liked the new specials they had, we enjoyed ourselves very much. We got the Crab dip, the Swordfish special, the Osso Bucco, and the Beef Tagliata.
