The donuts at Parlor are amazing! They’re not your traditional donuts, but every bit as delicious. There are so many options (even Keto!) that everyone found something they loved. My favorite was the raspberry-filled — the sweet icing and tart, homemade-tasting filling were perfectly balanced, and they didn’t hold back on the filling either! Definitely a must-try spot for donut lovers.

I went through the drive through and ordered a coffee, pesto and spinach breakfast sandwich, and a few donuts. I am not lying when I say I have never had a better breakfast sandwich. It was so delicious, I just got it like 10 minutes ago and loved it so much I had to jump on here to rave. The donuts? The other bakeries just don’t compare. If you haven’t yet tried Parlor, I highly recommend.

So I saw this new donut place opened up in Bay City and had to stop by to try it. Unfortunately, these donuts were a huge letdown. They promise all these fun flavors, but they just fell completely flat. I get that they’re new, so maybe they’re still working out some kinks, but for the prices, they definitely need to be better.
I tried the raspberry pistachio — it was just a raspberry glaze with barely any flavor and just chopped pistachios. I expected a filling maybe?, but it just tasted like nothing. The campfire donut was basically a chocolate glaze with a mini marshmallow and maybe some graham crumb. The turtle cheesecake tasted more like a mouthful of cream cheese than cheesecake filling. The only one I actually liked was the apple pie it tasted just like it was advertised and had a nice apple filling.

We had our first donuts from Parlor Doughnuts, maple pecan. It was fantastic! Light, airy, good maple flavor. Though we live in Saginaw Township, we can hardly eait to try another flavor . . Coconut custard filled? Yum!!

Best donuts I've ever had. Every kind we had was amazing. And the dough was fried with the perfect little crunch on the outside and the most brilliant airy middle. And Sam who took our order was the best! Polite, kind and knowledgeable. We will be coming back!
