We usually enjoy getting pizza and have never had an issue, but tonight was concerning. I walked in to get our carryout order and was appalled and speechless. One employee was wearing Crocs for shoes and the second was gross. He came in wearing a taco bell T-shirt. Looked like an employee shirt, carrying his taco bell order and went to kitchen area. He proceed to make 3 personal pan pizzas wearing no gloves. Reaching a nto food, shaking excess and doing it 3 times! I was glad my order was done and not the next order. Where had his hands been? Why did he help himself with no concern about safety? Makes me second guess the cleanliness of the entire kitchen area. Also if that is the norm what else is allowed

Rowan was so friendly, he helped me with all the extra stuff that wasn't 0on the poster and had a smile on his face I would highly recommend coming here if you want good service and a friendly smile 😃

I love this Pizza Hut! My town doesn't have a Pizza Hut, so every time I come to Bay City, I order here. They don't have an inside dining area and perhaps could be a little cleaner, but nothing awful. The 2 most important parts for me are: 1) they get my strange order request (no sauce on my pizza) right every time! 2) Unlike Gaylord Pizza Hut, my order can have an original pan pizza crust. I always order from the app, and they have even called me if they have a question about my order!

I used to love Pizza Hut, but sadly they’ve just gone downhill. It doesn’t taste good anymore and there’s just no sauce on any pizza you order. Tried the new Tavern pizza and it was practically burnt to a crisp. It wasn’t worth eating.

Ordered online. Placed pizza order and in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTION" box, I noted to PLEASE BAKE PIZZA CRUST WELL DONE. Pizza showed up barely cooked, almost under cooked. I had to pan fry the pizza slices to get any color or crunch to the pan crust. I did call the location to tell them the pizza wasnt prepared the way I specified, so they offered a remake and sent a new pizza. The outter crust was better the 2nd time around but the pizza crust underneath was still under cooked and almost soggy. We ended up throwing it out. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. The ironic thing was, I was gonna place my order elsewhere, but Pizza Hut had a better special. I wont be making that mistake again. Ill be ordering from where I know they get it right the first time. 1☆ was for the attempt to fix the issue. Thank you...You tried
