Prost Wine Bar & Charcuterie

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary at Prost! As usual, the food and drink were excellent. We had an attentive and kind server. What's more, at the end of our meal she brought us dessert and two drinks, on the house. Also, the online reservation system was easy to use and the staff accommodated seating requests we made.

Prost is a great place for a special night out. Food is well prepared and service always includes a smile.

Had an amazing Sunday brunch with my parents for my birthday! I have celiac, and the waitress made sure to explain what was safe and just having that knowledge was nice to see! I felt safe and comfortable eating here and the food was delicious per usual! At the end, they brought out a birthday dessert and a signed card for my birthday! I thought that was really neat! It's the little things that Prost pays attention to and it's refreshing! If you're questioning whether or not to try this place out, don't, go check them out!

My wife and I love this place! Started about a year ago and we've been back every 2-3 months. Great food, fun style, rotating wine list and a bunch of wine folk as servers and bartenders. Our new fav is Connecticut Lobster Roll with Pouilly Fuisse! Maybe not an everyday dinner but a great pairing when you want something rich! Brunch is awesome as well!

This is the best brunch in Bay City. Our server was Morgan and she did a great job. The food was unique and well presented in good portions. It was a breezy 70 degree spring day. We were seated in an "outdoor" area that had temporary walls erected to keep out the cold wind. It was perfect for the weather! I can't wait to go back.

Excellent staff, food quality is always very good with quick service. One of our favorite places to dine, either in Bay City or Frankenmuth.

Had a reservation for about 4:30pm. Perfect time! Quiet yet service and food were great! Would definitely come back!

Prosciutto was extremely slimy and fatty. We chose not to eat it after commenting to waitress and feeling blown off. Overpriced for serving. My firm cheese was actually hard like it had been out to long dried out

We had the fish spread, lobster roll, and lobster avocado salad. Everything was delicious. This is a great brunch spot. The gluten free bread is the best I have ever eaten!

Prost Bay City is always a great place for great food, great drinks, and awesome service. We had Corey B serve us again and he makes the experience even more fun. We will continue to visit!

We came from the Ann Arbor area to pick up my mother-in-law for a belated Mother's Day dinner/lunch. When I made a reservation, it would have been nice if they had informed me that the menu was a brunch menu and not a full menu. My mother-in-law ordered a meal that came with fries. The waitress asked her if she wanted regular fries or the seasoned fries and she chose a seasoned fries, but regular fries were served to her. My husband asked for a Tito‘s on the rocks and did not receive Tito‘s. We actually weren't sure what the liquor was . I requested a lemon for my Pellegrino water a couple of times and never received it. Upon leaving the restaurant, I went to the bar to see if I could purchase one of the small little beer chaser cups with the post name and the Bay City name on it. I had visited post in Frankenmuth and had a wonderful experience and purchased the Frankenmuth Beer chaser glass there so I wanted a Bay City want to go with it. They only had the ones with Frankenmuth on them. I was puzzled because I was in the Bay City restaurant. Again, I visited the post in Frankenmuth, and it was fabulous, but this experience was a little disappointing 

I don't know why I'm just now reviewing Prost. This is our go to spot because it's always so consistently good. The service, the food, and the cocktails/wines are top tier. I love the intimate wine bar vibe and the patio is great for summer. I have tried almost everything on their menu and it's all so good. I also love that they switch up their menu seasonally. We just tried their new summer menu and our dishes were so light, fresh, and full of flavor. Definitely check out Prost for your next night out. Brunch is also AMAZING! We ordered the following: -Pick 3 build your own board. We come a lot like I said so we tried to switch it up tonight and try things we usually doing get. We had the summer sausage (very good but my favorites are still jamon Serrano and salami), goat cheese honey Gouda (so good), and the le roule (our favorite that we never switch up it's too good) -Mediterranean chicken salad, Omgosh this was so fresh and packed with flavor. I didn't think much when we ordered it and just wanted something light with our pasta but my husband and I loved this dish. We will definitely be getting it again. - Garlic lemon pasta with chicken, very solid dish with a creamy sauce but not too heavy or filling

We came from out of town for a graduation lunch. The service was very good. The staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Our server was very knowledgeable and helped us with the selections. The food was brought out in perfect timing. Overall an excellent choice to have a cold beverage, hot meal and good conversations with family.

Awesome experience! Went there for my Grandsons BD. He was treated so special, the food was delicious. First time there and I definitely will return.

Loved visiting, only thing thats difficult would be the noise, there was a large party next to us and we could not have a good conversation without having to yell to each other.
