Prost Wine Bar & Charcuterie

We had a great time! The menu is varied and it was nice to have some familiar options, while taking a chance on some new features. Our group of 6 ordered multiple appetizers and boards/entrees to share and this worked out great. Bacon wrapped chestnuts, tuscan polenta and the ham & brie sandwich were wonderful! The decor and music was very inviting, we originally were seated at a high top table but moved to a lower banquette which worked better for us.

Excellent place to eat and celebrate. Our food was fantastic and we enjoyed Wednesday half off bottles of wine. Very good servers who were knowledgeable, helpful, fun and super efficient. It was a birthday celebration and our birthday person was given a special birthday dessert! Great restaurant . We will certainly go there again.

Lindsey was our Server, she was amazing! Fabulous wine service, excellent charcuterie choices, & entree selection. Overall a great evening!

Drinks, appetizer and charcuterie were ver good but the actual entrees were mediocre at best. The rice for the risotto was not fully cooked and the pomodoro sauce was on the bland side. Took quite a long time to get drinks and food even though the restaurant was not full. Sad considering it was a birthday gathering and we drove an hour and 20 minutes to get there.

Had a great time on our date night. We booked our reservation through their website. I wish we had been able to specify sitting on the patio as it was a beautiful night. When we arrived we asked and they were able to accommodate us. The food is high quality and therefore has a higher cost compared to the amount of food received. Set expectations accordingly. The service was very good. The food and cocktails were excellent. We loved the ambiance. Highly recommended.

Servers dress professionally, are always so friendly, polite and caring. We feel like family. Menu pricing is very fair and the food is always excellent.

Both my wife and I had a wonderful breakfast. Our waitress was also very nice and made it an enjoyable experience. We plan on going back soon, especially to try the smash burger!

We arrived early and were welcomed and seated within minutes. Our server was friendly, accommodating, and efficient! Bravo!

Table of five friends, three new to Probst. We had great service, the food was very good, and the ambiance is very cozy.
