Not busy at 3 pm on Sunday 3-2-25. Waited for 40 minutes for a table. Girl that showed up at feint desk had the personality of a snake. The quality of the food was not what it use to be. Would recommend spending your money somewhere else

Went to the Bay City Wilder Road RL tonight. What a MISTAKE! Took for ever to get our food, bread finally came, dinner took a long time and they were not busy??? Shrimp grilled was burnt it looked like it eas blackened tasted charred, baked potato was cold, 2nd potato just barely warm…. The replacement shrimp took 15 minutes. Waitress never apologized or brought a manager over. THE WORST!!!!!
There’s a reason this place will be out of business soon. Used to be the place to go to for dinner.

The only highlight of our meal was the young lady that waited on us. Our stuffed mushroom app was cold and the mushrooms weren't even cooked. I never did get my salad, and our meals are not great either. If this location is indicative of the chain asa while I can see why they are in trouble. It was never like this when YUM Brands owned them.
