My Shrimp Scampi linquini was excellent. I am not a fan of the new menu, not alot of options and more expensive.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The place is always clean and neat. The bar area is a quaint hidden gem and for the teetotalers the 'mocktails' totally rock. Don't forget the whipped cream and cherries. All food flavored and cooked to perfection (I favor the golden crunchy Cod) Shaunta (Sp) the manager, is the best!

We had the best server, Patricia. We were very thankful that we got her as our server. She was fun and friendly and very efficient. Loved her! We all did!

Went here a few days ago (hadn't been to a Red Lobster in a very long time), and I can't say I was very impressed. Three-stars is more than fair considering the overall cost and quality of the food and service.

Cost: quite expensive for Bay City. For two people, the bill ran ~$120.00 (including tip).

Quality of food: The biscuits were great, but that was about it. I wish I was kidding, but the crap legs came out cold (almost frozen). The server did replace them. The rest of the food was generally lackluster/average (think Applebee's quality).

Quality of service: Basically just middle-of-the-road. Nothing special.

All-in-all, we should have just went to Applebee's! I swear we could have gotten the same quality–if not better–food and experience for half the price. Of course, I don't think you can get crap legs Applebee's... Ultimately, the cold, nearly frozen crab legs along with the general lackluster quality of the food (minus the biscuits) really left us bummed out (especially factoring in what we paid). One last note: the ambiance was good; we enjoyed the dim lighting.

Dev was a great server! His service was excellent! He was very nice and engaging with the whole table. I know he was running the bar and other tables, but he did a great job with service and checking in on us! 5 out of 4 stars!

Food was so expensive! We had to ask for refills and more bread. The portions were small.

Every time I’ve gone here, i’ve been satisfied but the most recent visit was exceptionally good! The food was delicious, the waiter was attentive, the music was pleasant, and the restaurant was decently spaced out so we felt we had privacy.

Best service I've had in years at this location. Draven and his partner took cate of our party in timley fashion. Cleaned plates off of the tables, which didn't happen last year. Very happy with my salmon New Orleans. Still can't figure out why it takes 15 minutes to get a glass of wine though. Very good experience
