I will not step back into this place again. It used to be a wonderful place to eat and have excellent service. But as of the past few months it feels like it’s gone downhill tremendously. I usually come in a few times a week for lunch but today I came in and the place was not very clean as well as the wait for food being 30 minutes is ridiculous. I understand that it can become busy but that’s not the first time this has happened. The restaurant was dirty especially under the tables and the trash was overflowing today…The man at the cash register had given me excellent service that was all that was good with my experience today.

The egg salad sandwich was excellent. The broccoli cheddar soup was not as good as it used to be years ago. Very watered down with unidentifiable objects in it.

Its a small café type, the staff is great they serve different soups, (i like to try different ones) and sandwiches 🥪 😋 there are different size soups and sandwich. I usually get a 8oz soup and half sandwich its perfect for lunch, plenty of tables to set at and eat, clean

My husband and I love this place so much. The food is always consistently great and the employees are so happy. I get the lobster bisque and turkey and Swiss with pesto mayo. My husband gets the same however no mayo. He loves chicken pot pie soup. When my kids come to visit from West Virginia, they love it so much, they take food and soup back with them home. We also take food when we visit West Virginia. The restaurant is always clean. The bathroom is clean too. There is a little pickle bar to help yourself to, while you're waiting for your order. All in all, it's a great place for hot soup and an awesome sandwich.
The food was medicore but the service was outstanding. The little pickle bar was good too.

During this time of extremely frigid weather we are having i thought it'd be a great idea to provide soup for my outdoor workers. I called the store 1 day prior and asked if I could place a rather large order to be picked up the next morning. They do not open until 11am but I needed this before 8am so the workers could have it before they started their day. The manager there was so helpful and accommodating!! He told me he could make it happen for us. Not only did he have them ready early in the morning, he placed them in individual paper bags with crackers, spoons, and napkins! This was a huge hit for everyone. I highly recommend this location!!

I had accidentally placed an online order to the Saginaw location. The person working the counter had me show my receipt and told me they'd make it there and it happens all the time. He was very pleasant and they made my food so fast. I love this place!
