Not coming back here 🥱🥱🥱 got 2 tall hot coco and a tiny kids hot coco asked if there was any way they could put half the tiny kids hot coco in another cup or give me another cup so I can do half and half knowing both my kids probably won’t even drink it anyways. But of course nope can't do that but you can buy another drink🥱🥱🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ Oh so you just want my money and don't care if I am happy with your service. Like you guys don't pay that much for cups but can give free pup cups out🤦🏻‍♀️. Biggby is by far way better than this place. No one was there but still took 10-15 minutes for 3 small drinks for the cocoa to taste like crap.

Moral of the story go to Biggby if you want better service

They made a completely different drink than what I ordered. I told them it was wrong. When she remade it in front of me, I saw her use the wrong kind of milk, so I corrected her. Then she restarted making it but used the wrong amount of syrup. I asked again if it was the right amount, and she didn’t seem very happy that I corrected her twice. There are only two lines on the sticker - I don’t know why it’s so difficult for them to make it right. Waste of money

I order Starbucks between 3 and 5 times a week; and never have a problem. Until today when I order a Carmel Frappuccino and it looked like this. I could instantly tell it wasn’t right as it was pure white. I took it bc I thought maybe it was just me and it tasted fine. I was so incredibly wrong. It was awful. I’m having a hard time understanding why the woman working the drive thru even handed this to me. I ended up tossing it because there’s no way I was drinking that, so basically threw $7 in the trash.

I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to sit in line and I still had to wait 20 mins for my 2 frappuccinos. This is why I try to avoid Starbucks. But I want to give them another chance.

I was disappointed in my visit. The woman didn't hear me at the window. So my drink had to be remade, because I like a Frappuccino with light ice, so it's not a slushy. I get it at every Starbucks. I visit across the country when they remade it. They didn't add the caramel ribbon crunch, and it tastes like they used almond milk instead of regular milk. The woman clearly seemed frustrated that she didn't hear my request at the window

Absolutely horrible drinks at this Starbucks. The last 3 visits I've been nothing but disappointed. One trip I ordered the peach green tea and it tasted disgusting, like it was made with their black tea and pumped full of fake peach syrup instead of iced green peach tea. Not at all how I remember the original drink. Then the past two visits I ordered the new salted caramel mocha strato Frappuccino and they were beyond disappointing. There was nothing about them that resembled a Frappuccino let a lone a strato one with cold foam and caramel. It was watered down cold coffee and milk with no caramel or noticeable foam. Absolute disappointment for how expensive the drinks are. I've also gone to other Starbucks and gotten this drink done perfectly which makes this one that much worse. The picture is how the drink came before I even had a sip of it. In what world is that a Frappuccino?
