I was disappointed in my visit. The woman didn't hear me at the window. So my drink had to be remade, because I like a Frappuccino with light ice, so it's not a slushy. I get it at every Starbucks. I visit across the country when they remade it. They didn't add the caramel ribbon crunch, and it tastes like they used almond milk instead of regular milk. The woman clearly seemed frustrated that she didn't hear my request at the window

Absolutely horrible drinks at this Starbucks. The last 3 visits I've been nothing but disappointed. One trip I ordered the peach green tea and it tasted disgusting, like it was made with their black tea and pumped full of fake peach syrup instead of iced green peach tea. Not at all how I remember the original drink. Then the past two visits I ordered the new salted caramel mocha strato Frappuccino and they were beyond disappointing. There was nothing about them that resembled a Frappuccino let a lone a strato one with cold foam and caramel. It was watered down cold coffee and milk with no caramel or noticeable foam. Absolute disappointment for how expensive the drinks are. I've also gone to other Starbucks and gotten this drink done perfectly which makes this one that much worse. The picture is how the drink came before I even had a sip of it. In what world is that a Frappuccino?

This location had a shot. I had ordered Starbucks for years, same drink, twice a day at every location I traveled. I got so disappointed in Starbucks, I stopped and switched to Dunkin. That’s a change in itself. I was at this location with a person who made my drink perfectly, every time. They stood by the register and heard my order. My home town would put 1/4 cream and it was too much, this location was 1/2 cream only they heard splash of cream. It wasn’t a button, it was my voice. I spent 4 weeks in a hotel near this Starbucks, I wanted to give personal thanks to them in a tip, the store manager Chris, told me it’s shared tips, although I had already gave a shared tip. Sad part is, I bought two coffees everyday for over four years at Starbucks and left cause this very cream issue. Finally, someone got it right and I can’t thank them. I had their milky 2nd coffee and didn’t complain, it’s sad I had to call corporate for a salary manager taking my order and controlling my tip. Last I knew, that wasn’t legal

Order was made online from expressway was supposed to be done. Went in waited 15 min over. And left late for work without my morning coffee.
I went to this location because I was over on the side of town, but usually I go to the other one in this location has gone way downhill. I got a Matcha and a banana bread and my Matcha tasted like pure oat milk and the cold foam wasn’t even in it. My banana bread tasted like everything that’s been in the microwave for the past year. The person in the window was also scrambled so I didn’t feel like I could say anything. Very unwelcoming. 0/10 experience. The other location is 100000 times better than this one. I feel like I wasted my money this morning.

Honestly horrible customer service. Especially for delivery. They never EVER bother to call you when something is unavailable, it would have been nice to get a substitution since the main reason I made my order was for the sandwiches.

I was just there for an apple puff(croissant) and a glass of ice. My sister got the coffee, my daughter a latte..da.da.da. But the thing that impressed me most was the service and workers. They were all happy, my cup of ice wasn't a bother. They explained things, they made our first experience fun.
