Absolutely disgusted with the manager Morgan and how she tried to bully my 11 year old daughter today. Her behavior is completely unacceptable and disgusting! My daughter and her tutor go there every week for tutoring and always order the same drink each week and sometimes food. Today we ordered food through the drive through and then she went inside to get tutored. Within 5 minutes of putting her books down Morgan came up to them and told them if she didn’t buy something right now she had to leave her store. We had just spent $50 dollars in HER drive through. I am beside myself that an adult would treat an 11 year old like this especially while doing nothing wrong and working on her education. DO BETTER STARBUCKS!

This location seems subpar from others I have been to regarding customer service. I’ve always been met with someone cheerful and the person today (2/2) at the Wilder location could seem to care less that they are getting business. I’ll take my time and money to another location outside of Bay City. I’d advise others to do the same.

I order a Strawberry Açaí Refresher with water every day. When I go to the Starbucks on Wilder it’s all water! Today I went and got one an hour later at the one in uptown because the one on wilder was so bad!

I’ve been trying to get in contact with a manager at this location. The phone number only gives the corporate office location and doesn’t allow any option to speak to anyone. I prefer to keep negative comments to management so they will have an option to work with their team to better the customer experience but that isn’t possible with your phone number being a dead end.

Complaint: I order from here often, I have a severe gluten allergy and celiac disease. If my order instructions are followed, I don’t get sick. The cinnamon/pumpkin spice powder you use on the fall drinks contains wheat. I always order without that topping. I only get the correct order about 30% of the time which makes me sick if I try it before checking it. Also this cuts into your store revenue by needing to remake the order. It cuts into the time it takes the next customer to receive their order as it needs to be remade. I’m sick again today due to staff not reading the drink sticker. I’m very frustrated as I’ve let staff know repeatedly about not adding the powder topping and it keeps going ignored. Your location is making people sick due to not paying attention and it’s not okay. I used to love this location as the staff used to pay attention but that has changed and it signals a lack of proper leadership. You’re lucky it’s not a nut allergy as that could literally kill people. Your store does cause me reproductive, digestive, and a number of other allergic reactions with that powder though.

Terrible customer service and the drinks are never made correctly. I’d rather drive across town to the other Starbucks and get great service and my drink correctly made

Out of all the Starbucks ice been to in the state of Michigan, this location is hands down worst one. You are very lazy when it comes to the drinks. They are never consistent they are never done correctly. A shaken espresso is suppose to be SHAKEN first of all. Not layered like a macchiato. The drinks never taste good. Even the coffee don't taste right here. This will be my last visit to this location. Bigby or whatever it's called will get my business when I come through, shoot McDonald's will. You guys are just all around horrible. I'm convinced you do not put the correct flavoring in the drinks. Get a new job if you want to be lazy!!!
