i would give this location negative stars if i could they are the rudest slowest staff in all of michigan my five minute wait time should not equal 25 minutes and make me late to work every day. i could build rome faster than you make lattes

Me and my boyfriend had our tire pop outside the Starbucks. The workers were extremely nice and sweet and let us borrow one of the workers jacks for the car! They are very kind a respectful people. GREAT SERVICE. PLEASE COME HERE!

I had a specialty drink that I clearly stated at the register and the girl repeated it back perfectly. However, the girl that made it, made it incorrectly the first time. I kindly told her it wasn’t right and asked to have it remade. I could clearly see she was pissed. She remade the drink and still messed it up. I kindly told her again it wasn’t right to where she snapped out “well what you want is NOT on the ticket so that’s what you get”. The girl who took the order replied it was on the ticket. The attitude was enough for me and we left. Will NOT be going back to that location. No other Starbucks location had an issue with this specialty drink.

The team member working the drive through was very friendly and took time to get our order specifications correct. All good appeared as ordered... Until we sipped the drinks. They were supposed to be late with honey and cinnamon added - instead we got two large glasses of hot milk with honey and cinnamon - not a lick of coffee in either cup! This was the most expensive milk I've ever purchased! Sadly, could not go back as we were headed out of town and we're already on the freeway by the time we tried our beverages.
