I originally went to center rd subway but was ignored, worker would shake his head when other customers came in. So I came to this Layfayette location about 2:30 and the lady working there was very pleasant. I'm coming to this one for now on.

I stopped at the store on Lafayette Ave in Bay City. The young lady that was working could either not hear or was not listening. Along with that, I had to ask her to change her service gloves after she was done handling money/receipt paper before she went back to making my food.

The subways in bay city are the worst! This isn’t even the first time this has happened, I go in 10 mins to the close and the sign still says open and they tell me that they have already put everything away and can’t serve me! Then put up a close sign and close down early! Don’t bother leaving the open sign on! This is stupid!

I waited 30 mins. At drive thru. The lady was rude and did way too much. The entire time it was just a negative experience. I’ve been there inside midday no problem. But at night it’s always a problem and a massive wait time. Way too much mayo ofc and it was wasn’t even toasted. And I still had to wait 10 mins for lettuce and spinach to be put on. Subway yall gotta do better. My girlfriend is mad.

My husband and I went to this Subway on 12/30/24 @ approximately 3:30 pm, from the moment we walked into the door the service was absolutely horrible.i’d hate to think this young lady was racist, But to top it all off the young lady there had a name tag on her hat named Theresa and she acted like we were inconveniencing her the whole time then I asked for a hotshot with American cheese and she only put four slices on there when it comes with eight then I asked her doesn’t it come with eight and she said the cheese was doubled then I asked her to let me see and she threw her hands up and wouldn’t allow me to look at it but I definitely saw 4 slices so I told my husband she was rude from the beginning that I’m not buying anything from here so I let and drove to Saginaw just to get our subs. If I could give her a zero star, I would’ve. I’d like to make a complaint to corporate but when I go on the website it’s asking me for a Subway restaurant # and Idk what that is.

Every time I get food here it's such a disappointment not only is the store it's self way to small for when they are busy but my food is always made with such small amount of everything I even tried ordering online to hope for better because not only does my best friend toxic ex run the place he is always the one to make my food I was hoping that with an online order I would maybe get a better sandwich I was sadly mistaken he even said when I got there I thought that was your name when I got back to my job and looked at my food I had barely any lettuce and it's like they picked out the worst ones to put on there it was mostly brown and old looking and even though I said more on the app I still had very little veggies and it looked bad I will be going all the way to Essexville if I want subway for lunch when I'm at work from now on
