I honestly like Subway but after today, I’m just really done. I went through the drive-through and hopes that it would be quicker after having a long day at work. Whoever I spoke to over the Mike was very rude, hostile, and sarcastic. I just wanted to make an order and not be questioned about the way I ordered my food. I wanted a meatball marinara and a large drink after completing my order I was interrupted numerous times trying to explain that I didn’t want the meal deal of the day but the lady I spoke with said I would either have it as a meal of the day which comes with chips or cookies, which I didn’t want to clutter up extra trash into my work truck with. I ended up not getting any food at all. I wasn’t going to deal with the disrespect and sarcasm after the long day I had already had.

Emotions Decay

A standalone subway being this terrible is insane. My flatbread was still half FROZEN when I got it TOASTED. The meat was lukewarm and the cheese wasn’t even melted on it. Yall should just close this store down it’s not that hard to make sandwiches. Sticking to Jimmy John’s

I ordered a footlong Chipotle cheesesteak on flatbread. What I got was a square sandwich because it was folded the wrong way, absolutely no sauce. There were three people working. I do not understand how this is allowed. Very disappointed.

Terrible Experience – Unprofessional and Hostile Service
I had a very disappointing visit to this Subway location. The customer service was horrible — the staff member was combative and displayed threatening mannerisms. I was never asked whether I wanted my subs toasted or not, and the menu didn’t clarify this either. When I politely pointed out that I wanted both sandwiches toasted (not just one), the employee chose to argue instead of resolving the issue.
The interaction made me uncomfortable to the point where I didn’t even feel safe or at ease eating my food. On top of that, the service was slow and disorganized. I will absolutely not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others. This happened around noon on 8/24/2025

Visited around 9:25 PM, well before closing time at 10. No response at the drive-thru, so we went to the door. Employee inside saw us but didn’t acknowledge or assist — just ignored us. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I’m not one to leave reviews but Lisa was the one to take care of us and make our subs and she actually cares if the sub is neat and gets it exactly how you want it and I was extremely impressed.

Service and atmosphere is good, but only issue I've been seeing since I've been out of my hometown and here lately, the food ain't always fresh, some lettuce be old and also spinach. But however they still give me the freshest Bach they have, so workers are cool but food needs to be preserved better or another solution. Overall decent would not expect any better honestly just a regular subway eat somewhat fresh.

Id like to take a moment to recognize the manager here. I wish I had asked her name. The vegetables were all fresh looking this time. The manager that made my sandwich today was badass. If the owners of these Subways were smart they would have her train everyone to work as efficiently as she does. Ensuring no brown veggies are present... etc. She's a Rockstar!
