There is a guy with long hair and decent amount of facial hair and a woman that worked there tonight and they absolutely butchered mine and my girlfriend's sandwiches, they got the order completely wrong, said it would be done at 9:15 and it was 9:10 and the food was cold... It was supposed to be hot... They locked the front door and even when they seen me at the door they ignored me. Whoever works night shift needs to be fired.

Updating my last review only because I spoke with the morning manager who was extremely understanding and professional about my experience the night before. The short story is there was a long wait time until I could get help from a female employee. When I did get help she was very rude and tried to intimidate me.If you have an experience please just call the manager so she can deal with it, she is very nice. My experience was from 2nd shift or night shift.

The young woman that took care of me might have been the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I am still in disbelief of how she acted. I went there in the morning coming off my 5th midnight shift and was a little confused on what was in a sandwich because I don't eat out a lot. The treatment that I got because I didn't know what was on the sandwich that I had never heard of still has my head shaking. And you would have thought I killed her dog when I couldn't remember what kind of bread they have. Food was fine, it's the same at every subway. Place was clean. Service was horrible.

I waited at the drive thru speaker for 30 minutes before anyone helped me. Once I finally got someone she was almost certainly high and was being incredibly rude for no reason especially because I was so patient and polite after my wait. It took almost another 20 min to finish explaining my order to her because she was being unresponsive.

If I could give minus stars I would. This place is horrible to eat at the employees are so lazy and rude. Also there's been a hair on the cutting boards 4 days in a row. The manager was ignoring the customers and and 2 other employees were busy working. Multiple customers complained about him ignoring them. Don't eat here unless you don't care about good service or hair in food.

Ordered online, tracker showed it being prepared, go in to pick up my order want even started.. they were waiting on people in the drive thru before me.. will never go neck to this location.. food was sub par, wasn't grilled, asked for Jalapeño bread for herbs and spices bread.. won't go back they suck !

Ignored me at drive thru window for 15+ minutes. No apology, nothing. Rude employees. My advice: Go inside! Do not order online! I watched several people come & go, meanwhile mine was “ready”.
