They put trash on a cart about where people sit to eat that is nasty and not healthy
Literally the worst subway I have ever had. The meat was discolored. My 6 inch was more like a 4 inch and the cheese just looked old and nasty. I got the spicy Italian and it only came with pepperoni and salami no ham. The pop machine was out of everything. If I could give zero stars I would!!!! Never coming back here again

The worker do not listen and make you the complete wrong sub they are rude and just plain unprofessional every single worker here at in between 530pm and 6 pm 11/18 should be immediately fired or retrained I will not be back and will be calling corporate.

One of the sandwich artists ignored one of my additional party of mine that was with me in the store and didn't even made an attempt to ask what he wanted to get or perhaps what he would like to eat. The shift manager as well ignored me and gave an attitude while she was counting the til of register and was extremely impolite. I walk out forgetting my items and they didn't even say hey sir make sure to grab your stuff they just stood there and walk to the back room doing whatever they were doing. It felt like both of us were an inconvenience on their part for ordering or even being in their presence. We were extremely polite with them, especially the girl making my food, she seem like she wasn't trained properly by the manager. How unfortunate. This haven't always been the experience before, this only happens when the general manager is not at the store.
I ordinarily like subway this particular store used to sell coffee but found out they stopped selling coffee and with the new neighbors selling coffee (Panera bread, Bigbe, Starbucks ? ?) for example you better believe that will make people go those competitors in my

Subs were good. The employees just need to use some common sense. I was also picking up a sub for someone else who didn't want cheese. I asked for double cheese on mine, being I was not getting cheese on the other one. The employee didn't think that could be done! Seriously!? It's the same amount of cheese being used, it's just going all on one sandwich! I have asked for this at other Subway restaurants before with no problem. I didn't want to make a huge deal out of it, but seriously use your head!
Store was dirty and employee was having a very inappropriate conversation with another customer. Had to leave because I had my niece and nephew.

I had a 30 minute wait and the person who made my sub was very rude and slow. When I got to checkout I had a meal that was supposed to come with 2 cookies (which it states on the subway website) and they only gave me 1 and they argued with me. They refused and said that it only comes with one (Again website says 2 idiots) and argued with me so I just left. If it says 2 it should come with 2!
Have went there in the past and the person who made my sub never wore a hairnet.
So disappointing. Got there at 7 pm and even tho the gal was waiting on other customers. She closed the gate and said she was closed. But hours say from 9am to 9pm. Refused to fix us our subs. Never going there again.
