I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service in this establishment! I never EVER leave bad reviews but this place 'takes the cake'! So, I was asked by young lady at the counter if she could help me find anything and I had heard there was something different about the dipping chocolate they carry, so I asked the young lady about it and she says nothing - turns around and grabs and gives me a printed out piece of paper and I started to read it and fold it up - thinking

So, I was asked by young lady at the counter if she could help me find anything and I had heard there was something different about the dipping chocolate they carry, so I asked the young lady about it and she says nothing - turns around and grabs and gives me a printed out piece of paper and I started to read it and fold it up - thinking it provided directions on how to not get a foggy result (dipping) and the owner (I assume?) says directly / loudly: No! That's MY Copy!! I'm like Okay - and handed it back to her and apologised. Then young lady / owner start talking about the fact that she gave me the handout. Never said anything more to me about (maybe...) Sorry for yelling at you about the handout my employee just gave you...(maybe...) I'm sorry - could I help you find something? (maybe...?) sorry - and orate to me the issue with the chocolate?? The issue that I only know about because I (used to) follow your page??
I won't be back. I cannot believe what a crotch this lady was. Get some help lady. Nobody treats customers like that!
Every time I go they're closed..Hours change all the time, just the first of the month of February message said they would be open on Saturdays 10-1, now the 6th of February the message is saying they're closed on Saturdays. The only time I can get up here is on Saturdays..Going to go back to ordering from mail order, at least I'll know they'll be open
