the lady that gave me my food was very rude and didn’t say anything to me, i told her to have a blessed day and she stared at me and walked away from the window. very unprofessional and rude

Im not rating on behalf of the staff. We were frustrated but not with them though I certainly understand why they were upset with us. The AI drive through needs to go. I know it may be a corporate issue but not only does it piss off customers im sure it causes the crew immense amounts of stress.

The evening shift and Morning shift sucks so bad. The morning shift used to not be bad, but this time it was awful they sold me the Cheesy toasted sausage burrito. They gave me a big role of tortilla bread with 3 very small chunks of egg, a few sausage bits, a little dip of cheese at the very end of the wrap. A non manager answered the phone when I called to report the issue, they where argumentative and tried telling me that there isn’t supposed to be to much on the wrap to begin with. But that’s insanely not true(that’s making excuses so I don’t tell the manager), I’ve been to 3 other locations bought the same wrap and this location is the first and only Taco Bell to say that to me, the only Taco Bell that gave me a half prepared wrap.

I never really go to Taco Bell to order or pick up food, my wife does. All I know is that it's always tasty and delicious whenever I have it. That's a win in my book. Oh, and they're always coming up with something new to try out so I am content.
