Walked in and there was a kiosk. The order I was sent with was complicated. Ellie was sweet and ordered it for me at the font counter. As busy as they were, she took time out for me. We live in a society where employees arnt shouted out like they should be. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

Went and ordered off the kiosk had to pay with cash my friend, and I stood there for about 10 minutes, listening to the gentleman conversation. He was having and dancing around the floor while we are standing there waiting to pay we got our food I paid for extra meat, even paying for extra meat looks like I got literally half a ladle of meat. There's not enough meat for the prices at Taco Bell, and the people that are working in there not very observant, bad customer service and drives windows. Absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes will give us a coupon for a free taco over sitting there for 20 minutes, but I don't think that's enough in the 20 minutes you made me late for work your taco isn't substantial enough.

Downloaded the app and got a make your own box for 1 dollar.... Multiple items to choose from... I got a crunch wrap and 5 layer burrito with cheesy potatoes with a cherry Pepsi and like I said it was only 1 dollar now that's a great deal .... Staff was awesome and the orders were actually made correctly which don't happen often lol .. great job.....
