Watched a woman yell at a guy like she was his drill sergeant. I’m not sure how that behavior would be OK. Looked exactly like she was bullying him about his job, not teaching or correcting. Big fail for me, turned my stomach watching it.

first time in this tims and i love it. the staff are great and so welcoming especially Joseph Cripps, he is great customer services, beyond customer expectations. food and coffee are great too. wish everyone all the best

visited Tim Hortons on Euclid in Bay City today 8/7/25. I usually order the turkey club sandwich, but this time I requested it be made on the Panini bread grilled. When I pulled up to the window, Carson confirmed my request and happily created my special sandwich for me. After waiting a few minutes, he came back to the window to let me know he accidentally put tomato on it, apologized, and let me know he was in process of making me another one which is what was taking so long. I’ve never been this satisfied by someone’s service in fast food! Please recognize Carson for his great customer service! I highly recommend promoting him and allowing him to train as many new employees as possible. Tim Hortons needs more Carson’s! I also recommend adding a grilled turkey club flat bread to the menu.

The Euclid Wilder Tim's typically is the better one but rarely puts much cream cheese on the bagels. Would order something else from this location. But the other Tim's in town can't even get your order right so I would take my chances at Euclid location I suppose.

I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile. Love coming here. Coffee is reasonably priced for there size and absolutely delicious. If they still have it, try the Reese with peppermint topping instead of original topping

Went through the drive through to order breakfast, terrible service, it felt like the lady taking my order wasn't listening to me, I tried ordering 2 croissant sandwiches and a coffee. They waited until after handing me 1 bagel sandwich and a coffee to tell me they'll have no croissants until truck and I'm only getting 1 sandwich, which is a great inconvenience to my mom who now has to wait until later for her break to eat breakfast. So thank you Tim hortons

I ordered a number 7 meal and another bagel. I got up to the windows and they didn't even have my food relling me they were out of croissants. Couldn't have offered me something else and was extremely rude

Their service and treatment was very bad. I came today with my friend and we asked them if they had tuna and they said yes and when we paid for it the worker told us later that our order was not available. When we showed them our money back they refused and forced us to buy something else.

The head manager Ashely is so rude. I came in and she gave me an attitude from the moment she started taken my order. If you don’t like your job then you shouldn’t be working and if you’re having a bad day then you shouldn’t be working around people. when I found out she was the head manager I was shocked . I left and went to the new location they have to have different owners because the new place the people there were so friendly!
