To start - The staff here are lovely young people. However, bitter old women that manage it are horrible. Every time you go through the drive thru they are loudly yelling at their staff/demeaning and making fun of customer, etc. It’s a place to stop if you’re desperate - never by choice. Would give 0 if I could.

Sunday Nov.23rd, 2025 at 11am. Approached the the drive through speaker and instantly was asked what we like rudely and rushed us through our order didn't even gave a cgance to view what we wanted yet. Once at the window the two females responded rudely the amount owed and handed our order and slammed the window!!!! Never had a bad experience there before, they either were having a bad day or just their natural personality and behavior. Will not be going back.

Watched a woman yell at a guy like she was his drill sergeant. I’m not sure how that behavior would be OK. Looked exactly like she was bullying him about his job, not teaching or correcting. Big fail for me, turned my stomach watching it.

The guy who served me and my girlfriend was so nice. He took our orders and we had a complicated order but he still managed it. I don’t remember what his name was but he had black hair and he was so nice. The only thing was.. we ordered a sandwich but we got a bagel. Other than that he needs a raise

Coffee was hot and my donuts were good. Sons breakfast sandwich was on point.
Love the ice coffee and the warm seasonal drinks. Usually walk in as the staff is less stressed and seems friendlier when you take the time to go inside. The inside is clean and the food is fresh. Staff has been nice and love the seasonal drinks! Everything seems to cost more these days, so they are the same there as everybody else, unfortunately. But at least it all tastes good! btw, no more icecream here!

The coffee and donut was good but the worker was rude for no reason. They took my card then another worker gave me my drink they I heard her say she gave me the wrong drink then the work that took my card gave me the other thing I ordered still no card. They I heard a another girl say “I don’t know why she is still there I gave her her drink” so they gave attitude about them not giving me my card back and attention when I asked if my drink was right.
