Made both mine and wife's smoothie wrong....young kid with blonde hair (male) had attitude about remaking them.....said I guess so.....started slaming stuff around banging the smoothie mixers extra hard on the counter table....wasn't our fault they wasn't made right.......go in there 3 times a week for the same thing I know how they taste ....It wasn't a big deal that they weren't made correctly but definitely didn't need the attitude it was around 1:15 on 9/9/25...

Waited 40 mins for a smoothies…. Had to ask about it… said the ticket must of got lost. Then had to wait another 10 mins. Glad I wasted an hour for a mediocre smoothies. Do not recommend this location

zero consistency with food and smoothies as new members are never properly trained. Constant immaturity from what seems to be the general manager, constantly demanding the crew to follow his outrageous orders, clearly making them uncomfortable and upset, along with yelling at the crew while they are busy with customers, taking their orders or helping them with their concerns.

Smoothie was barely blended, with big globs of kale and didn't taste right. I always get the detox island green when traveling and this is by far the worst one I've ever had. Had it been my first time, I would've assumed all tropical smoothies are this bad. Maybe they were having a bad day, yeesh.

I usually drink fresh juice but couldn't find any in this town, so stopped here. Pleasantly surprised. The smoothie was very tasty ! Got half the ice, so when It melted it wasn't watered down at all. Thank yall for your help!
Poor service from the boy at the service desk. Smoothies were great but just “ya” “ok” and he put my bfs name as amber when he clearly said his name, he did it just to be funny? Real jokey I’m laughing. Great job bud.

I ordered a quesadilla meal with a smoothie to have Door Dashed a few weeks back. They ended up not having water and I was asked by the Door Dasher if I still wanted my order. I said yes as long as I get a refund for my smoothie. I called Tropical Smoothie and I was told I would get a refund. I have called 4 times since then and keep getting the run around. Last time I called I was told a manager would call me back but never did. I usually go here once a week when I am at the office however I will no longer be going. Unfortunate.
