Normally enjoy dinner here but tonight the service was awful. Took our waitress forever to come take our order and she never came back to check on us until our food was gone. Had to wait in her to get the check and then take it up. The restaurant was almost empty so the service should not have been that bad especially since we watched her cater to a party of 4 sitting next to us. She checked on them 4 or 5 times and stood there making small talk. Very bad business to make your customers feel invisible

I’m honestly pretty disappointed. We have been here before and got pizza it was fine. This time we waited over 45 minutes for a pizza and chicken tenders, while another table sat after us had 6 people and got their pizza and meals 20 mins before us. I asked for the manager 2x before he finally showed up, didn’t really care. They took $10 off the meal, which is great. He speculated our server forgot to ring in the order. It honestly wasn’t handled very well and we were beyond annoyed at the wait for 2 pretty simple items. Likely won’t be coming here again.

We had a party of 30 people in the private room on Saturday evening. Miracle (spelling?) was our server-all by herself! I don’t know how she did it, but nobody waited long for drinks, she kept our orders straight as well as the bills. Kudos to the kitchen staff, too! The food was excellent and it came out in a timely manner. Overall, it was an impressive experience.

My wife, Daughter and I went to the unos in bay city tonight for dinner. We were seated by the kitchen. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress to come take our drink order. Then waited another 10 to get our waters. After ordering and waiting for over an hour and all we received was our drinks we got up and left. The waitress Sam had a very poor attitude and waited on everyone but us it seemed. Worst dining experience we have had in a long time. We will not be returning

The food was good but service was extremely slow, even though only a few tables were occupied. The waitress did not seem happy to be there.
Bay City Location: DO NOT get the grilled vegetables side. The vegetables were super greasy and consisted mostly of peppers and very little of anything else. The Baked Haddock was wonderful, but I would caution one to be on the lookout for an occasional bone. I was with a group of about 35 persons in the long skiny room on the East side of the building. The one long skinny table down the middle was extremely uncondusive to any conversation whatsoever. It was difficult to hear the person on either side of me, let alone anyone else. If looking for a room to hold an event, a lot of thought must be given to this. As we neared the end of the gathering, there was a deafening noise that sounded like the rotors of a helicopter as it hovered in place just feet above the room. The brightest spot was our server, Josh, who worked the room alone. He was FABULOUS and so very efficient. I left a 50%tip. He was just that good.

Quick the food tastes amazing first time coming and will come again the waiters are nice and funny fun to talk to. They check in and they are really good are food came out less then 20 minutes very satisfied.
