Villarreal Authentic Take Out

Used to be my favorite place for take out. Then they jacked their prices by 30% or more and the portions got smaller. A year later and they have yet to update their menu prices on the website. Quite often they don't even answer their phone. Haven't been there in over a year and I used to go at least once a week. I hope the owners think that it was worth it.

Great food and you get alot for your money!

Apparently extra cheese means less cheese on large nachos. Found hard chunks of who knows what in the chicken wet burrito. And is beef gravy supposed to go on top? I thought it was a red sauce like on enchiladas.....which I had the enchiladas, the burger meat was dry, no extra cheese, very lil pico and sour cream....also the missing red sauce was a very light green colored (chicken flavored I hope) gravy......both wet burritos and enchiladas were just slopped together. Not very appealing when you open the box. Nacho chips were so hard they hurt my kids teeth....been waiting to try this place, not just disappointed, never again

Great food! I had a pork burrito, it was excellent. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food in Bay City, this is the place to go.

Good food, portion sizes seem to have shrunk as prices went up. Still better than the taste of bay city. Ordered the chicken nachos. I ordered only meat and cheese and the other toppings on the side because the person I was sharing with doesn't like certain things. Not as much as you used to get. With 2 of us we usually had leftovers, this time we ate it all until we ran out of toppings.

I'm in love with they're food!! Simply amazing! Best Mexican food around for the fill up and the flavor! My #1 go to almost daily lol and the tamales are perfect!!

Great food at a reasonable price. We will definitely get dinner from them again! And the woman was very friendly!

The best Mexican take out , the puffy taco is the way to go....

This is hands down the most delicious Pico de gallo and salsa in town. The chicken is authentic and comparable to any authentic Mexican chicken but paired with their salsa and Pico I won't eat Mexican from anywhere else it is delicious! ? ?

Top notch, don't change a thing. Great portions, great price, great service.

This restaurant is unprofessional I went there once got horrible rude service then I ended up getting food poisoning from their food there are a lot of good restaurants that can give you delicious food and great customer and this is simply not one of them my recommendation is to find somewhere else that cares about your health and safety

Chips had a lot of crumbs burrito was not made right .

Very disappointed! Bag of home made chips half crumbs ! Meat in taco very dry all of our orders were just thrown together! Not sure I would call the burrito we got a burrito! Just a bunch of ingredients thrown into a small taco shell ! Elephant ears way to small for the price! Back to Taste of Bay City for sure!

The staff was nice enough.The prices are not bad.The food was just so flavorless and the portions were very small. The puffy taco was mostly all shell very little meat. Not super impressed but all 4 of us did eat for under $25. The food wasn't bad it just wasn't great or anything special. We did however enjoy their salsa.
