Well the store was clean I stood there for like 10 minutes before someone came up to the counter I was the only person in line then my husband came in we stood there for a good 15 minutes before we just left plus a manager came up and clocked out and just left us standing there ! There were 4 employees working upfront to where they could see us once again we just left ..bad service!!!!

Took my family to lunch and ordered 2 kid meals and 2 baconator meals. The hamburgers came out barely warm and the cheese was cold. The fries were old cold and stale. This was my first visit to this location and will be my last. I felt like I was eating a hamburger I reheated from my refrigerator. Was told it was due to short staff. At a price of over 40 dollars.
Every time I order from here they mess up my order the first time I ordered the thin mint chocolate frosty they only gave me the chocolate frosty then I order again and no spoons napkins in the bag how can I eat my frosty or chilli if there isn't a spoon in the bag and I'm at work get your crap together Wendy's

This place is nasty and un kept. The trash needs to be taken out, and the staff is friendly, tho but understaffed. This place needs some TLC immediately.
