There's a reason when you drive by at noon, there's nobody there. I've been there several times, each time hoping the last time was just a fluke but nope,the quality of the food is extremely poor now. It's not at all what it was back a few years ago. Shredded chicken salad used to be my go to and I was so excited to have the Bay city location open. They charge an exorbitant amount and there's so much gristle and bone... just gross. Too bad because I'm sure Bay city residents would be flocking to it if the food was as good as what it used to be. If I begin seeing some positive reviews, I'll be back since this was one of my all time favorites and I'm willing to try again but not unless there's a real improvement.

I had the soup and did not find any chicken in it. My husband's chicken was broken and small. Atmosphere was vanilla.

Drive thru order. Didnt eat inside.The food is packaged nicely.The food however is BLAH! The chicken was miniture and the salad was basically from a bag. No effort what so ever to make the food look appealing.1st timer, had to try. Now I have....hard to say if I recommend the place or if Ill even return, myself.

Not as good as Midland location. The mashed potato bowl was runny, very disappointing!!!They don't put dressing on your wrap or pita! Why????? Midland location does ??

Service was spot on but the food was dreadful and the portions were meager. Sides were served in plastic cups not much bigger then dixie cups and there was zero flavor.Lots of places around town serve bigger and better so you may want to step up your game.

Terrible! The chicken was old and tasteless. The corn was so old and water logged it was brown.
I’m not a fan of the chicken sandwich wrap. I didn’t see the small print and thought a sandwich ? was bread or a bun with meat, but here a sandwich is flat spongy pita bread with a bunch of cubes of chicken in the middle.My BBQ sandwich was dry and cold. There wasn’t any options to add onion lettuce or anything.I ordered a salad too which had old slimy lettuce from a bag mix.The price was too high for the quality of food.

Tired it twice and they totally skimp on the chicken with their ceaser salads.... About a tenth of what the other Yayas gives you.....

I tried this resturant 3 times, bad experience each time, I am a yayas lover but this resturant is poorly run, I went after work got there just before 6 grills turned off chicken in warmer and dry, so I tried again before 230 same thing grills turned off being cleaned I guess they give you chicken from the warmer so being said go to Midland where chicken is always excellent and the place is clean.

The new building looks great on the inside, the chicken however was flavorless, and extremely dry, definitely left in their warmer way too long. For $12 it was a huge waste of money, with all the competition around they’re not going to last long serving food like this.

Missing 1/2 of the order. Missing potatoes, 2 orders of Mac-n-cheese, baked beans. For spending nearly $50, this was terrible service.I should have opened each container before driving away. Guess I still have to cook tonight.
