Went in seated ourselves. Was handed menus. Sat there for 10 minutes while two waitresses walked past us without even offering drinks or asking for our order. Didn't even look at us. Worst customer service I have ever had. We got up and left.

It's a great location. They have the best Detroit Coneys in the area. Waitstaff is friendly. It's a historic location and yes takes some "back in time." Prices are good. You get a good meal for a real fair price.
Kid-friendliness: Waitstaff is really great. Never had an issue my 23 month old Grandchild was treated very kindly.
Been there several times. Same two very nice waitresses working. Food was great.
