If you’re going for the food, give this place a miss. Food was terrible, seating v uncomfortable, music v loud. The bartender and person taking our orders were great though. We’re here in the off season though so that might have something to do with it.

Service was extremely fast and friendly! Ordered food and was brought to us within 10-12 minutes. Fish & chips were great as were the fried pickles. The batter on the fish was delicious.
Visited in fall but I can imagine the middle of the summer is wonderful with the amazing view. Fantastic outdoor seating area.

We stumbled upon Brandy's after a 3 mile walk from Magnus City Park in Petoskey to the marina at Bay Harbor Lakes Marina. What a lovely experience. Especially their Happy Hour. This is our 3rd visit this week. The waite staff has been helpful. Ate out in the patio with marina views. Some pictures. Zach is great!! As is the whole staff

First time visiting, we were excited because it had great reviews and the view of the marina and exterior were great. Unfortunately, the young staff ruined the whole experience. When we walked in, we were not greeted by the multiple staff standing behind the bar staring at us. We quickly figured out that we could sit where we wanted and then go up to the bar and kitchen counters to order the food. There were not many people there so there were tons of tables open but they were all covered in old food and crumbs. We found a table that had the least amount of crumbs and then went ahead and ordered drinks and our food. Any time we went to order, the staff again would just kind of stare at us and it almost felt like we were bothering them by ordering. It seemed that we were interrupting their social time with each other. The music was insanely loud and what made it worse was the staff kept fighting over what songs to play so they would keep skipping songs and then argue over it. This place has great potential but the customer service was absolutely terrible. We watched 2 other couples walk in and then immediately walk out because it was too loud and dirty. We wish we would have just walked out.

He took the time to listen to what I wanted, made thoughtful recommendations, and delivered above and beyond my expectations. You can really tell he cares about his work and his customers—it’s rare to find that kind of dedication these days. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, personable, and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend asking for Christian.
