Went here this weekend, customer service has gotten bad. The manager Kim needs to be more pleasant. I know they’re busy at times but she doesn’t smile and she is not welcoming in the slightest bit, and she acts like a prison warden. After waiting for an hour and a half, I lost my appetite. My daughter ordered hash browns to not be well done. She sent them back and we were brought out raw uncooked hash browns. We also ordered the breakfast tacos that come with caramelized onions and the onions were freezing cold. The biscuits on the breakfast charcuterie board are dry and inedible. The server we had was amazing and tried to make the rest of our experience better than it was. We go here quite often but I am thinking about not ever returning.

The restaurant is impeccably clean, which always adds to the overall comfort. The service goes above and beyond, with staff that are attentive and friendly.
