I don’t always take photos and sometimes you just have to see for yourself. Definitely understaffed, but our server went out of her way to try so hard to make it as pleasant as possible. The setting in the atmosphere was nice and although we didn’t sit on the patio I wish we actually did. We both had the miso black cod, which was actually delicious, but you can skip the brussels sprout dish as it was really disgusting. Overall would recommend and I do like that. The menu was limited… It helps in your selection and you’re not overwhelmed.

We are here two nights and had amazing meals both times! The service was top notch and the entire staff made us feel welcome. The small plates to share were just phenomenal and easy to make as an entree! As a FYI all of these things come in threes and at random times as they are ready. The only thing we ate we didn’t enjoy was the Black Cod dish, it was definitely missing something. Our favorite dishes were the sticky ribs, the shrimp bao buns, the chicken lollipops and the ahi tuna tacos.

Our experience at Nomad was pretty good. Every protien we got was cooked excellently. The rest of the food was a bit lacking, but was so close to being good. A bit more acid and salt and hands down a great meal. We got two pastas and both of the noodles were underseasoned. When we arrived there was two large parties in particular that made the whole restaurant 10x louder, once they left it was a lot easier to hear each other. Our server was not at our table as often as we would have liked, as we spent quite a bit of time waiting for water and to order more drinks. Not the most attentive in hospitality. Overall a generally okay experience and there wasn't too much disappointment on our end.

Special Event: Balloons over Bay Harbor made great background for 8 person gathering. Many choices for individual tastes with several highlighted choices. Sticky Ribs and Wagyu Meatballs were personal favorites, white my wife enjoyed the English Pea hummus. The service was outstanding and I would recommend sitting outside if the weather permits it.

2 Appetizers we had were very very good. The Cabbage salad was horrible, all overripe arugula. The salmon main dish was overcooked and just not fresh.

Had dinner here tonight for our anniversary. We are vegetarian and they ran out of the one vegetarian pasta entree by 730pm on a Saturday. We tired to make do and ordered a number of small plates, which our server assured us would be staggered. 10 minutes later everything we ordered was on our table. Our anniversary dinner lasted less than an hour. Food was great, especially the pea hummus. The service will make us not go back. They also sat us in part of the restaurant with no other guests, which was super awkward.
