I don’t always take photos and sometimes you just have to see for yourself. Definitely understaffed, but our server went out of her way to try so hard to make it as pleasant as possible. We are here two nights and had amazing meals both times! The service was top notch and the entire staff made us feel welcome. The small plates to share were just phenomenal and easy to make as an entree! As a FYI all of these things come in threes and at random times as they are ready. Our experience at Nomad was pretty good. Every protien we got was cooked excellently. The rest of the food was a bit lacking, but was so close to being good. A bit more acid and salt and hands down a great meal. We got two pastas and both of the noodles were underseasoned.
When we arrived there was two large parties in particular that made the whole restaurant 10x louder, once they left it was a lot easier to hear each other.
