Ok, so as new residents of Caseville we were excited to try this place. Unfortunately it wasn’t what we hoped. :( the burgers were cooked to death and lacked flavor. Probably frozen. The cheesesteak was hilariously empty. Like half empty. Unreal. With fries it’s $15 and it’s half empty?? Ew. No one wants a huge bite of just bread. Whoever is cooking at this place is not taking pride in my work. They played super loud punk rock music the whole time we were there. We couldn’t even have a conversation. I am all for music at restaurants. It’s a must. But come on be reasonable! They charge extra for everything. I asked if the burger came with onions.. they said they can.. it showed up on the bill. $1 for onions?? The waitress was new, but she was very sweet. The bartender seem to be giving her a hard time when she asked questions about the menu that she didn’t know. Sad. Talk about a positive work culture! I guess this place is for sale, and obviously the current owners have given up. Hopefully the next owners will breathe new life into this place, take care of their customers and serve fresh quality food.

I have a hunting and fishing guide business on the Saginaw Bay. We frequent Bay Port quite often. Every time we are there, we can’t resist the urge to stop at the Bay Port Inn for their delicious lunch or dinner menu. They have never let us down. We are so impressed with the BPI that we often invite our clients to join. The meals are delicious and the staff and owner are amazing. Two thumbs up and five stars all the way around. Keep up the good work.!!

Beautifully remodeled. Nice atmosphere. Food was absolutely delicious! My husband got the Jammin Burger and I got the perch sandwich. Absolutely nothing bad to say!

Went late om a thursday evening order fish and chips and trash can nachos..nachos were delicious and fish and chips were good..beer was cold and atomsphere was pleasant..will go again..

Staff is very argumentative after they messed up the order. Then brought us a substitute that we didn’t want and charged us for it. I have never had to argue with a waitress to take something off our bill that we didn’t order or want. They charged us for it anyway. Will never go back due to terrible service
Very poor customer service, I have Celiac disease, I asked all the appropriate questions and thought I ordered an appropriate meal only to find out everything was deep fried! Roasted red skins, deep fried! Brussel sprouts deep fried! I ordered the shrimp skewers and a side salad. The meal came with 2 sides and I was only able to get one. Was charged full price for meal then up charged for a small side salad, even though I asked if I would be discounted some and was informed yes. I was fine with a credit and just the shrimp and side salad. Half way through my meal I was offered some Asian mixed frozen vegetables, which I thought at the time they were trying to be kind but said no thank you I was fine. When I asked about the bill I was immediately accused of not accepting the sides offered and was repeatedly told Cole slaw was free, not sure why that was even a thing as I never ordered Cole slaw nor did it say it came with the meal. Clearly deep fried red skin potato wedges are NOT roasted potatoes. Huge difference! Treatment I received was horrible!! I will never go back there again!
