I waited in line for 25 minutes. I watched as 3 different cars left, due to delay. When I got my hamberger, it was absolutely cold. The bun had no warmth to it at all, the fries are coated in some horrible coating. The staff should keep the line moving by carrying food out to people with big orders. It's just not a good place to go. They are losing money. I wasted $10 going because my burger was too cold to ear and 25 minutes of life.

Ive always had good experiences, until today. I ordered the #7, 3 piece chicken strips meal (or so i thought.) Tables were dirty so i moved till i found a clean one. When she brought my chicken, there were no fries. I asked her if i wasnt getting fries, she said no i didnt ask for them. Never had to do it before, but said ok, can you make me fries to have with my strips, she said , it will be a couple dollars more, since id already paid. I said ok and after 20 min and my strips and drink gone, i just left. She either forgot about me or didnt care enough to check. Ill go to DQ next time. Or theres another A&W the same distance where they appreciate your business.

I commented before on the filthy tables. I got a response saying it had been addressed. That had to be an outright lie. Went at 6:56 pm tonight. Every table had food and not clean. The reason we came back because A & W claimed it had been taken care of.

I don't like this place. It's prices have always been too high for one thing. Second, they stand around talking and they don't get the meals out. I was in the drive through, and I had to go in and get it, because I sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes. They need to send people around front to park and wait for their food like McDonald's and everybody else does. This place is so slow and unorganized. It's ridiculous too many young people in there that don't give a crap. That worked there.
Prepare to wait in line and receive your food fresh. This is not "fast" food, but I prefer to wait and know that my food has not been sitting in a warmer. Highly recommend for a nostalgic meal. This is the best A&W that I have been to.

So I sent my daughter into get my family dinner and we ordered almost $72 worth of food. The receipt shows all the sauces we wanted clearly. We waited 40 minutes for the food and got home and there wasn’t one sauce in the bags so everybody’s meal was not as it should’ve been so I called and talked to a young man and he said well we wouldn’t be able to replace all the food but we will take care of you so a few weeks later I called and spoke to a young lady about the situation and she said it’s above her pay grade that she would have to contact her manager and she would call me right back well she didn’t call me back so I sent my daughter in and all we were asking for was one meal less than $12 they refused to take care of the problem so the next day I called on February 15 asked to speak to a manager he said you are, and I explained the situation to him very nicely and told him all we wanted to satisfy us would be a meal and he said well I’ve spoke to the other manager, and we are not able to do anything for you, of course this disappointed me because he was being sarcastic at the same time and would not give his name and hung up on me. I just think it’s very poor business skills and very poor management. I have a large family in this town. I’m also a business owner. I spend a lot of money at A&W and I feel very unhappy with the lack of respect when they clearly didn’t do their job and we paid for it.

Super nice little place right off M18.Camden and the crew greeted us with a warm welcome after a long day at a wrestling tournament. The restaurant was very clean. Our food was made correctly and they even told us about their Saturday float special! Thanks so much Camden and team for a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back!!!

We ordered a mushroom onion melt meal and a bacon cheese burger meal, the process of ordering the food was very irritating as the employee continued to interrupt as I spoke and kept saying “uhhhhh” as if he didn’t know what he was doing. When we got our food the burger had no bacon and a ton of mayonnaise, the other had a tea spoon of mushrooms and onions on top. Me and my boyfriend have come here many times since they’ve opened, and this is our normal experience half of the time.
