Ordered a bragel breakfast sandwich with one car ahead of me already at the window. It took 20-25 minutes from the time I ordered to getting my order, which seemed like a very long time for one item. Not to mention, I live less than 5 minutes away and my sandwich was cold in the middle and needed to heat it up when I got home.

Nobody in line when I pulled up this AM. Ordered 2 coffee's and 2 Bagels Pull up to the window pay. Im used to waiting abnormally long but after 15 minutes and the entire drive thru completely full a lady comes to the window and asks me If I had something I didnt order and if I had paid. Kindly 2 her I ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels. Another 5 or so minutes comes by finally food comes out drinks come out like 3 or 4 minutes after that.
Are yall making one item at a time? Also, I don't mind waiting patiently when I know the product is going to be as order but yall its like you dumped an entire bottle of herseys syrup in this cup and froze it. Absolutely no taste of coffee.
It shouldnt take 20 minutes to get take out when nobodies inside or outaide when you arrive. Overall pretty poor experience today.

They have weekday deals, they do pup cups, they have kid sized cups, there bagels and sandwiches are delicious.
