I like it better in-person, because for delivery they usually forget the foam topping. Which sucks because for a $7 latte they shouldn't skip any steps lol. In-person is better because usually they are polite and even kind if not in a rush. Wait time can be tedious but they stay busy

Apparently, selecting drive-thru as the pick-up location when you order on their app is not allowed (nowhere does it say this). You must go in to pick it up at the counter. I did not know this, and I was met with an extremely rude and condescending employee who told me this. On top of that, the drink was made incorrectly. I will not be going back to this location.
U guys need to rethink the drive-thru
