Visited today and the manager was acting very rude and disrespectful to his employees, to the point where I had to listen to it the whole time I was there. He looks like he does well with being efficient, so if he can create a better atmosphere that would be very good.

Went there 2 weeks ago and asked if they had shakes and what kinds and the girl rudely said “unfortunately” for me asking if they had shakes or not. Not the first time I have had a problem with this Burger King, the staff seem immature and disrespectful and half the time the foods cold when you get it. Won’t bother going here again.

To be 100% honest I’m not the biggest fan of there fries or burgers but there chicken fries and nuggets are so good that I struggle not to stop every day on my way home just to get an 8 piece tender with sweat and sour sauce. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again Burger King has so much great potential

The buggies are great.nalthough their menu said 12pc and they said they could only do 4 and 8. Hmm. False advertisement.. but none the less was good.

One of the worst places I have been to. Service is bad. Took over 20 minutes just to get a chocolate shake. Over priced not fast anymore!!!!!
The time I waited in the drive thru and did not get to order, I could have made it to the Ionia store and got better food faster. Horrible service, employees don’t care but it is 2024 what’s new

I’m a dasher and a customer and the employees who were completely rude and making fun of what I ordered so whoever worked at 8:42 PM on August 9 just know I love the fact that you guys are gonna laugh at me for ordering food but you’re the one making my food so shut your mouth
