First time stopping in today, great place! Very friendly service and You can tell they are trying to bring a good thing to the community. I tried the banana Carmel shake and it’s hard to believe it’s a protein shake, I will be back!
The owners are super nice and always so welcoming. They strike up a conversation always which is nice. I haven't been disappointed yet. I highly recommend the energy tea bombs. The grinch and watermelon blow pop are two of my favorites!

Simply the best along with hometown healthies they are always cheery and happy to serve you I always get my pick me up cafe late iced coffee protein shake which is theeeee besssttttt!!! I love the family that's running these great establishments ???
